Extremely Careless and unprofessional people working Lunch time, all the female employees have a huge attitude problem and do not care for you order or the service. Im very surprised non of them have been fired yet. Its not a single instance but every single time. Not one single good time i was there.

I have never been treated at any place like at this one . I stopped by to get 6 donuts , the lady at the front said they can not sell me 6 donuts even though they had it in front of me . I asked for those 2 frosted donuts that I saw in front of me and that my 5 year old daughter that was with me asked for, the lady got the box put them away and said they can’t sell it to me because they are very busy and not much left and some other kinds of reason.I was in a hurry and did not have a time to call management , but when I said I will leave you a review about your service she said they don’t care much about it .

Went there on a Friday late afternoon, 2 guys working at the counter noone in front of me they walked backed and forth a few times didn't even acknowledge my presence for about 3-4 minutes while standing at the counter so I walked out.

Got a toasted bagel with egg and cheese. It was really good. The girl at the register was really nice and the guy who made my bagel was nice too. Didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes. There were some people there being weird though, so that was annoying. And I've seen others there before. Really shouldn't let them hang out there if they're done eating. They just sit there and stare at you and make it uncomfortable. Even when I'm in the car in the parking lot, they sit and stare. Otherwise, it's a good Dunkin and I'll be back.

I recently visited the Dunkin' location on Route 4 in Fair Lawn, NJ, and I had a mixed but overall positive experience.First, I want to highlight the excellent customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient in taking my order. It's always a pleasure to be greeted with a smile, especially during the morning rush. Kudos to the team for their dedication to providing great service.Now, onto the one downside - the parking situation. The Dunkin' on Route 4 is situated along a busy highway, and the parking lot can be quite congested during peak hours. It's regrettable that the parking lot isn't larger because, at times, people resort to parking on the sidewalks due to limited space. This creates a bit of chaos and can be inconvenient for both customers and pedestrians.Despite the parking challenge, I was pleased with the overall experience and the food quality. The menu items I ordered were fresh and satisfying, which is exactly what you expect from Dunkin'. The coffee was hot and brewed to perfection, and the pastries were delicious. It's comforting to know that I can rely on Dunkin' for consistent and tasty offerings.In conclusion, Dunkin' on Route 4 in Fair Lawn, NJ, provides great food and excellent customer service. However, the limited parking space is a drawback, especially given its location along a busy highway. I would suggest considering alternative parking arrangements or visiting during less busy hours if possible. Despite this minor inconvenience, I will continue to frequent this Dunkin' for my coffee and breakfast needs, confident in the quality of their products and service.
