Disappointing Experience: Poor Customer Service at Eden nailsI recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Eden nails and was left deeply disappointed by the level of customer service I received. As a regular patron of various nail salons in the area, I have come to expect a certain standard of professionalism and assistance when it comes to nail care. Unfortunately, my visit to Eden nails of fair lawn fell far short of these expectations.Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted with indifference by the staff. It was evident that their attention was divided amongst other tasks, and they seemed disinterested in attending to my needs. I patiently waited for someone to acknowledge my presence, but it took an uncomfortable amount of time for a staff member to finally approach me.My wife and I came for pedicures my wife was assisted promptly, I waited alongside her and the owner just looked away & ignored me completely.In conclusion, I was not helped ended up leaving without my pedicure I was marred by poor customer service, a lack of assistance, and a general sense of indifference from the staff. I expected a higher standard of professionalism and expertise, but unfortunately, this establishment failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I would caution potential customers to consider alternative nail salons that prioritize customer satisfaction and quality service.It is my hope that Eden nails takes these criticisms to heart and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for its customers in the future.

BEWARE!!!!!!!! They are the absolute worst. Do not know what they are doing. Horrible service. My sister went there to get a brow wax and they burnt her skin below the brow. HORRIBLE! Honestly close them down. I told my sister to sue them but she didn't want to. Please don't go there, they truly are incompetent. Worst service. I would give them a zero if that was an option. I understand they are moving to a new salon on Maple Ave. Don't be fooled same incompetent people.

I brought my 3 year old granddaughter to get her nails painted. I wanted it to be a fun experience for her, the nail tech was hurrying as if she has something else to do. The shop was very slow. Like ma’am we are paying clients no need to rush. I point out something on her nails an the tech dismissed it like it’s nothing because she’s a child. Absolutely rude. I’d rather spend my money on people who give quality service. Be very wary of this establishment they set appointments and don’t keep them. The tech take walk-in knowing they have appointments. They are about quantity, not quality. They put their self in our neighborhoods and act, as if it is a favor to us. I sat and waited for my appointment I watch the workers ask for tips. Ppl tip when they’re pleased with you service.Services: Acrylic nails

If you want a clean job done, this isn’t the place to go. Terrible service, the guy at the door was SO rude and racist! They can’t communicate and if you don’t like something they tell you “ I don’t care, don’t come back”all while yelling LOL! Why would I go back to a salon that has absolutely no manners, no skills in customer service and can’t do pedicures without having to be micromanaged throughout the entire process? Close down or get new management and people who ACTUALLY know how to clean and do nails. That’s why it’s called a “nails & spa”.Services: Acrylic nails

I had been a regular client for about 5 years, but they lost me because on 2 occasions they were very rude and they also no longer give good quality in their services. The last time I went I did acrylic and after two days my nails were horrible when I went to repair them the treatment was lousy. but thanks I won't be back

I go to this salon once in a blue when I am in the mood to get my nails done. I prefer powder nails and I was recommended by my sister in law to go here. Everyone is always looking like they don’t want to be there. And just not friendly. Like they are afraid to smile or something. And if you want them to fix something you don’t like (and you’re paying for it) they start huffing and puffing. I went on 4/20/23 and I brought my 4 year old daughter to get her nails painted. I wanted it to be a fun experience for her, and I’m guessing the owner of the shop or whoever she was told the tech that was doing my daughters nails to hurry up because there was another client waiting to get her pedicure. Like ma’am we are paying clients as well, don’t be dismissing us like we aren’t nothing because she’s a child. Just rude. Although very FEW of the techs do a good job, I am never going back. I’d rather spend my money on people who can smile.

I should have known the customer service would be disgusting as soon as we opened the door. As we entered, who I assume is the owner was asleep in her chair… my mom, sister in law, & I just stood there awkwardly waiting for her to wake up. When she finally did, she quickly asked us what we wanted to get done & my mom wanted to get a basic manicure & my s-i-l wanted a basic pedicure. When my mom got seated I sat next to her because she’s not one to get her nails done & I know she wouldn’t complain if whomever is doing a poor job. & indeed the lady did not do a good job. When you go into a salon & want to get a manicure you expect to have your nails soaked, have the cuticles removed, etc. & they not only not soak her hand & did a POOR job at painting her nails, she was in the chair for I kid you not not even 5 minutes. A rushed job is not always a good one! Thankfully my s-i-l experience wasn’t bad but what made us never want to come back is getting demanded for tips especially after a bad job. We straight up told her no because we didn’t feel like she did a good job & why we thought that, the owner said “ohhhh you no like it ok” so she turns around & starts talking in her language with the employees & they all started laughing. So of course she was talking ish! Their unprofessionalism costed them 3 loyal clients who tip really well. I alone spend thousands yearly on my acrylics & pedicures. This place does not deserve your hard earned money. I suggest to do your research & go elsewhere.

They are so rude and they get mad if you don’t give them a tip like is mandatory and I know you give a tip if you can or if they did a good job. There’s was this lady I think her name was April she did my moms nails and I gave my mom cash since she didn’t have and the nail were $37 and I gave my mom $45, $40 for the nails and 5 for a tip so the lady need it to give me back $3 but she asume that it was also a tip and kept it and I thought she gave the change back to my mom but since my mom didn’t know English she thought it was $40 but I told the lady where’s my change she was like I thought it was a tip and I was like my mom already gave you a $5 tip and also you wanted to keep $3 that would be $8 tip and she just threw the money at me and I was like why would you throw the money so griddy for money so rude.

I had my nails done here about a month ago. I ran in real quick because it was close to my job, and my usual nail tech was on vacation. Let me tell you, it was a waste of time and money. Yes, they took care of me fast. I was in and out for a refill, maybe 30 minutes top. My "gel" nail polish peeled the same day a couple of hours later. I returned the next day on my break so they could repaint them only to receive dirty looks from the tech and front desk. I. Then, I had to return two days later because 3 nails broke off. These are my nails, and I only have a layer of acrylic and gel over them. My nails broke off all 3. This had never happened to me. When I returned to them to fix the 3 broken nails again, I received the dirtiest looks. I would never ever return. It was a waste of 70$.

Absolutely terrible!! Worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Young Asian boy did my pedicure. He had no interest in doing this. He was extremely rough when it came to cutting cuticles and shaping. Kept pushing my foot with so much aggression. Then came the hot towel massage…no hot towel! It was cold. Massage was 3 seconds and so weak!!! Wouldn’t recommend.Service: Pedicure

Leaving this review because of a worker named Ella there. She did a very good job on my nails but she was so rude and condescending...kept giving me an attitude on how "stiff" I was and that I need to relax my hands or else...who talks to a customer like that? Not only that but as I'm trying to look for a nail polish color she kept rushing me and giving me a nasty attitude...3 stars for the job well done but Ella and whoever owns this nail salon, if you read this, take this seriously. You can't be speaking to customers so nastily.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for a while and to be honest their customer service sucks got a powder gel refill last thurs and by Tuesday a nail broke went back today to get pedi and get nail repair and they couldn’t even match my nail color and expected me to remember the color #. This was my go to place. But honestly that changed I haven’t gone in a few months because I was getting gel polish and they started to be so rough taking off the polish with the machine making my nails weak and they didn’t care when I would tell them slow down. So I haven’t gone ever since.
