I'm giving them 2 stars based on the fact that I have not been able to view any of their 3br apartments, although EVERY PLATFORM since last year says they have availability.

I find this place to be a very nice family oriented community. The property management team is very customer focused and responsive. The grounds are very well maintained and the office staff is great to work with!! Rob F

Great property , clean, lots of parking great service if you needs them going on my 2nd lease.
Fair Lawn Commons is an apartment community with newly renovated interiors that is located in Bergen County, NJ & close to NYC, as well as the best schools in the area. Every unit has plush wall-to-wall carpets, and features an in-unit washer & dryer that residents can use to do their laundry onsite. Every 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartment is also furnished with resident controlled central air & heat. With these amenities, Fair Lawn Commons sets the standard for upscale apartment life. Residents can keep their cars safe using the community’s selection of carports. Community members who want to stay active can also take advantage of our onsite exercise room. In addition, the community’s clubhouse and meeting room have been remodeled recently.
