Second time here. Second time excessive time over what I was told for routine oil change/maintenance. When asked Rolando my service tech about the hourly labor charge I was told "I should be happy I wasn't charged the total amount of time I had to wait for service". This was after showing up on time for what was almost a harassing amount of texts, calls and emails to ensure that I showed up for my appointment. Lastly, when paying for the service was told there would be a service fee to use a card. Something that should be told to the customer when making their appointment, so that they could plan to pay cash or even a check (though who writes checks anymore?). New car, hope the service experience improves over the life of my vehicle. *Wrote this after being told my car was ready and "just putting it through a wash. Did not receive my car for another 20 minutes."

do not come here you have been warned. they will give you the run around and say it will take x amount of time for your oil change. when the time is up you will wait about another hour for funsies. i came in today and needed to be shuttled back home. i even called the day before to confirm. surprise i never was shuttled back. they even told me to wait 20 minutes and again was never picked up. another bait and switch move. i called midas and valvoline and their price is under $100 for everything kia service did AND more. their price of $120 is ONLY FOR AN OIL CHANGE. no tire rotation or filter change. i asked for fun what the cost would be and he quoted me a ridiculous amount. ive owned cars for 20 years and this place is highway robbery.

Great!! Driving all the way up to Bergen County from where I live seems like too much of trek. After purchasing my car from a KIA dealership in Georgia, many places wants to either service cars that were bought at their dealership or had appointments too long to wait. The staff was very accommodating on the phone. Walking in felt like a board meeting with everyone facing the door. Brice, my service coordinator stood up and greeted me with a smile. He was complete and kept me up to date with the status of my car. The price was exactly as quoted upon scheduling. With the time we live in (labor shortage, supply chain issues), I am thrilled to find a place that treated their customers with respect (the same when I had an Audi and BMW). It's still far for me to drive but it was worth it. Hope that you'll feel the same.
