This was the best pedicure I have ever had!!!! Extremely thorough and gentle. Hanna is amazing! The salon is extremely clean and they are following Covid-19 protocols. My pedicure looks wonderful and my feet and legs feel like I was at a spa! I am a Jenny’s Nails and Art customer for life! Looking forward to my next appointment with Hanna! Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!!!

I'm surprised this place has such a high rating. The first thing I noticed was all of the nail polishes were covered with the nail powder from acrylics. Really gross. I looked for a basic Essie color and they didn't have it. Instead they had multiple bottles of the same exact color. There were 4+ wicked by Essie, 4+ berry color. Why not have a variety of colors instead multiple of the same. So since their options were limited, I was unsure of what color I wanted so I grabbed 2 similar ones. I asked the lady doing my pedicure if I could see them on so I could compare, not an absurd request, and she gave me an attitude. She said they're so different. I told her I would like to see them, so she finally put both on my toes. I decided to go with you he one and then instead of removing the color I didn't want she was painting over the color I didn't want. I asked her to remove the color I didn't want instead of painting over it and she gave me an attitude saying it doesn't matter and I wouldn't see the color she's painting over. I kindly explained again that I would like her to remove the color and I've never been to a nail salon where they wouldn't remove the color I didn't want. She then did not walk my over to the drying station. I hated having to tip her. Will never go back.

I decided to try out this salon after reading mostly positive Yelp reviews. I definitely wasn't displeased! This business is clean, has a decent amount of nail techs, not a long wait time, and they do quality work. For my first visit, I had one of the males do my nails (acrylics). He was very aware and asked me multiple times if I was satisfied with the work. He paid great attention to detail. On my second visit, I had the opportunity to have Emma do my nails even though I was a walk-in. She was so pleasant! She fixed the shape of my nails and did a great job. We even talked a bit, which is not that common at other salons I've been to. I only gave 4 stars because I've only been there twice and I want to see how the nails hold up overtime. Overall, however, I would definitely recommend to a friend.

A good nail salon is hard to find. I'll find one that'll be good for a while and then they get sloppy. Then I have to switch salons because I don't want to talk a nail tech through how to properly do my nails because, of course, they get upset when you do. Also, I don't know what it is about me but nail technicians always want to throw me to the apprentice... That's exactly what happen when I came here last night and it did not end well. I usually do nails myself to avoid the BS but every once in a while I'll get them done to get a nice shape and so they can be even. My boyfriend wanted to treat me and I chose this place because my usual place was closed and they, somehow, have 4 stars. *insert eye-roll here* I walked in and asked for a mani/pedi. Nail tech 1: Gel manicure? Me: No, regular manicure I picked my color and then was shown to a chair for my pedicure. The nail tech that did my pedi did a good job with the shape but she got a little sloppy with the top coat. That didn't really bother me though since it wasn't that noticeable. When she was done, she walked me over to the dryer. I called her back over to see if anyone was going to do my mani. Nail tech 2: Oh, you want a manicure? Me: Yes Nail tech 2: Gel manicure? Me: No, a regular manicure I was seated for my manicure Nail tech 3: Gel manicure? Me: No, regular manicure Nail tech 3: Gel manicure is better. It last longer and dry faster Me: They don't last on me. Gel chips within a week on me so I don't bother. Nail tech 3: why? What you do? Me: I don't know... She proceeds, removes my polish and passes me off to another nail tech to file and shape my nail. Nail tech 4 (the apprentice) to Nail tech 3: Gel manicure?.. By this time, it seemed like they had a problem with me getting a regular manicure. I told nail tech 4 I wanted my nails square but when she was done filing, my nails had no consistent shape and they were uneven. She asked me to pay before she was about to apply the polish. That was when I decided that I didn't want her to continue. I paid for the pedicure and left. I think what ticked me off the most is their refusal to acknowledge that the nail tech messed up. If you can't get a simple manicure right, why on earth would I trust you with anything else?

Went to Sunny and I do not normally but was in a bind. Nails look very wide as opposed to what I asked for but when I asked more than once to make them thinner he got very frustrated. Seems impatient and agitated. Not very friendly ANY time I go into the nail salon. Also to mention 2 of my cuticles are infected since going to him, never had a problem at this salbeforehand. Updated 8/8: experience with Taly. Though she does great nails I always find that she double triple books her appointments no matter what. If you are not the first appointment of the day you will be delayed guaranteed. Nobody has time to wait 2 hours to get their nails done but that's the case when booking an appointment with taly. That being said, she was rude to me when I asked to do a design on my nails, as well as the fact as when I asked for glitter on the tips of my nails she scoffed at me and talked amongst the other nail technicians and never put the glitter on. So beyond rude for a service that I am paying for. No customer relationship skills whatsoever.

Rude! Unprofessional! This place is ridiculous. I arrived for my 3:30 appt and the person had just started someone's nails. The woman then tells me that 2 people were ahead of me.i told her I had an appt and she rolled her eyes. I will not spend another dollar in this establishment. She did not apologize nor even care about my appt. I obviously made an appt due to having an engagement. Lack of customer service and respect. I hope this place shuts down. Do not go here. Save your money and be treated with respect, pink nails too is not far from them, I go there now. Good customer service and they value customers. The owner is an angel and a nail wizard. Hope this helped ;)

I called ahead of time (1:00 pm)after reading positive reviews. I was told to come at 2:30 pm. I arrived on time and was helped right away. I got acrylic nails with gel polish. Quick customer service and not a lot of small talk which I enjoy. I loved my results. I paid $35 for a full set. Would recommend this nail salon for a quick, affordable, beautiful result. The shape of the nail is coffin with a peach color polish.

I went here because my usual salon was booked a d I was going away. Maybe it depends who does your nails but I got a fill in and they started lifting the very next day. So sad.

I have been going to sunny for 10 years and always happy leaving , he always carries conversation with me and is always genuinely happy to see how I've been and what I've been up to in the 3 weeks that go by. The pace is clean and beautiful, with plenty of colors to chose from. Tally is great as well. I will continue being loyal to them for life !!!
