“The newly renovated laundromat is very nice, spacious, and incredibly clean! However, the only downside—and it’s a big one—is the woman who works there (not sure if she’s the owner or an employee). She always seems to have an attitude and makes customers feel very uncomfortable. She is constantly hovering over your shoulder, and the second you empty a laundry cart, she’s right there taking it back before you even have a chance to put it away yourself. She’ll even walk up and press you about whether your clothes are almost done. It feels like you're being rushed and watched the entire time. Someone really needs to address her customer service. Aside from her, the facility itself is great.”

“Walked in and greeted by a woman who works there. She was extremely helpful and guided me in the right direction. They have a nice system and everything is via a card they have. You load up cash into the card and off you go. Wash took like 30-40 mins and was pretty affordable!”

“This is my new cleaner and tailoring spot. I went there with a dress I wore for my 50th birthday and wanted it altered due to weight gain . I was told to get the material and I did. When I returned a miracle was created my dress was even more beautiful than before . I am so happy . Then I return with a few sweat shirts that have a cigarette odor ( I don't smoke) they clean and deodorize and give them to me better than new . The smile you get as you enter , welcomes you and it makes you feel that they will take good care of your items . Please take your items where you can trust they'll get the best care. They were also very helpful when I noticed that the white dress shirt was slightly dirty still, in one area. When I saw this & asked them about it, they had it cleaned for me and ready for the next day. I'll definitely return for any other dry cleaning!”

“Village Laundromat and Dry Cleaners in Bergenfield is always very clean and well maintained. I especially appreciate that they always have clean cloths available and keep separate containers clearly designated for clean and dirty ones.
The lady who is usually working when I go is always polite and speaks to everyone. I noticed that right away, and now I make it a point to say hello whenever I come in. She really keeps the place running nicely.
Another thing I like is the atmosphere. Even when there are a lot of customers, it never feels overcrowded or chaotic. Everyone seems peaceful, and there’s just a nice, comfortable flow to the place. I always have a good experience here.”
