Requested for a replacement for 4 break pads and a AWD rear wheel bearing..it came out too expensive but the same job was done in PATERSON way cheap in a proper garage and with proper auto parts store including merchandise and labour charge and i have my receipt so no hard feelings Bro just sharing my opinion..you must have your own business policy your own price and own reasons whatever and you MAY be the nicest person around but the truth is shopping around is important coz everyone needs to save few dollars and as other viewers here are commenting COSTUMER service and language approach needs to improve for positive reviews thanx..have a great day🙂..the only problem is he cannot take negative comments and improve instead he has to go bla bla..as a businessman you need to listen to customer and reply with respect..you always cannot expect 5 star review form everyone who drops inn there for repair and damage..anyway everyday is a new beginning so be nice...cheers🙂..wow really save your knowledge and accept facts..that will help you more to be a better person.

Great guys, honest and humble.
My mother-in-law had an issue with her car not starting randomly and needing a jump start.
Came to Leo & Ray's, they investigated, found a loose connection which caused an issue. They tightened it, so the car consistently starts now. They didn't even charge anything for the time spent.
Wish them a lot of business and will be coming back for any car issues or maintenance.

HONESTY AND QUALITY WHEN WE NEED IT !!!
When I was growing up, my dad always took our cars to the local mechanic because he said he could always trust a place that had been in the same place for decades. They are hard working, honest people that have your best interest and want a long term relationship with you built on trust . This is exactly what I found in Leo & Rays . They took the time to go over everything, they were cheaper by at least 25-35%, it only took them a few hours and they picked me up and dropped me off because I was local. I would ( strongly )recommend anyone with any automotive concerns to stop in, call or make an appointment to speak to the guys . They are fair, very knowledgeable and honest about everything you have questions about . I’m glad I was able to find a similar place that I can trust, just like my dad taught me! Thanks guys!

$1000 later and the problem is still not fixed when we went to pick up the vehicle, the remote wouldn’t open the trunk they apparently replaced part because there was water in the mechanism that opens the window sunroof of the car, so they replaced the motor, but the latch no longer works. The remote will not open the vehicle trunk and you have to try with the door open to release the trunk from the interior button because it won’t open with the mechanism in the vehicle any longer. Wwhen we brought this to their attention they had the biggest freaking attitude I have ever seen. They have the worst bedside manners. They are arrogant, pompous, overly priced, in fact when we initially took the vehicle for a diagnosis, we were told by hooking the car up to the computer; they would know the issue to repair. When we called later that day we were told that he just spent three hours trying to find out what the problem was, when the problem clearly was that the trunk would not open because of this waterlogged problem. Why did he have to take it apart to diagnose it? It’s something you connect to a computer to ascertain the problem right? It gives you an error code and you diagnose the vehicle based on that error code. These people charged us for three hours to then tell us that we were gonna have to pay him $1000 for a part that took him all of 20 minutes to repair. They have the worst attitude when I query them. They were patronizing, They were rude, obnoxious and strident. Do not use these people. they are the newer owners of Leo and Ray. They are beyond belief. Overcharged us and did not fix the problem. The problem is still there.
Their response below does not adequately get them off the hook I'm afraid. The remote, whether it had tape on it or not USED to work before they attempted to repair the problem. They also stated that other parts were required to repair the hatch so it would open more easily. Of course, they never told us this in the first place. We feel like we were cheated and not handled with care and real concern for our need to fully understand the scope from the beginning until the problem was completely remedied. Unfortunately, we STILL have a problem with the trunk not opening using the remote, doing it manually or doing it from the dash. It is very problematic. SO why did we pay so much for such an awful job? And they have such an attitude like they are doing you a huge favor or something - as if they didn't get paid or were not going to be paid for their correct work - Bottom line the problem still exists, they have bad business ethics, don't treat their customers nicely and have an attitude if you should question them after not understanding them.

Peter and his team are fantastic. They will always go above and beyond to make sure that you walk away happy. I pass 2-3 auto shops on the way from my house to Leo & Rays, but I will continue to do so and use their services. Thank you again!

Stop at repair shop and asked mechanic to change oil by used my oil and filter. I used synthetic blend and most of the shop do not keep. The mechanic refused and state that that does take customer part. This is ridiculous ( oil and filter) are not customer parts. I said that never have problem before with other shops. Maybe they good mechanic, but with bad attitude
