“I went there today for a blood draw. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. It was the best blood test experience I’ve had. Not painful at all. I have a huge fear of blood tests and needles, however Ricely was so sweet and patient with me. She was great and I made sure to tell me what she was doing at all times. “This is my favorite LabCorp in the area (I've been to a few). I always make an appointment, and I'm usually in and out fairly quickly. Yes, the waiting room is usually full, and I do have to wait longer every once in a while (I've been going every 1-3 months for years). I've always seen the staff working hard to manage the paperwork, the impatient people waiting, and the actual blood draws.
I think the negative reviews are a matter of expectations: just like going to a doctor's appointment, it takes as long as it takes. Don't expect them to drop everything when you arrive so that you don't have to wait a single minute; that's obviously unrealistic. The staff don't want to take forever to work with the scared, screaming child ahead of you either, but they have to. Don't schedule a lab appointment when you only have 15 minutes free; that's obviously not going to work most of the time. These seem like common sense things to me; does no one put themselves in other people's shoes anymore?”
“I needed to get blood test quickly on a Saturday. Forget Quest and trying to get an appt thru their website. This place you can walk in and I was done in 15 mins. Pleasant staff as well.”

“This office is the best Labcorp I've ever been to....really, the best lab. The office is clean, I never have to wait much at all, even as a walk-in, and the people are really wonderful. It is very difficult to find my vein but the staff is wonderful and rarely have a problem - Sanjiv gets it every time first time! I highly recommend this office for any of your lab needs!”
