The doctor there was super rude and very unprofessional. I understand that punctuality is important and she told me she can’t “squeeze me in” because I arrived 10 minutes late, but what type of clinic can’t see a patient just because there were late? There’s always a grace period for patients at any doctors office or clinics you go. She could’ve been kind and not be super rude for no reason. She made me feel super bad, isn’t she human??? Even though she was the only doctor there she didn’t have to be an asshole… there’s traffic in New Jersey last time I checked…
This is the first time I’ve been there and I will never be going back.

Normally they are quite timely and it’s possible that with it being a holiday weekend they are short staffed. Made appointment and the wait was pushing 20 min nearly making me late for another appointment. Do not use on holiday weekends

The staff is helpful at the Fair Lawn branch but be VERY weary about your insurance coverage for the COVID test. CVS will tell you its covered and then you come to find out your insurance companies denies your claim. You will get stuck with a $200 bill and get continuous text or emails about your outstanding balance and how it will affect your credit rating. Not a good experience.

I have used this Minute Clinic a number of times and always had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. I actually go out of my way to receive care here and am never disappointed.

Cvs minute clinic had no patients and nobody in a waiting area at time i stopped by today at 12 but still denied me testing & treatment for cold flu like symptoms! What kind of urgent care is this and patient care? No appointments till after new year! Smh :(
