I recently ordered directories for our neighborhood at this location and cannot say enough good things. Selda was great to work with and super responsive. Competitive pricing, quality products and quick turnaround time! I won't be going anywhere else for my printing needs. I used them to print the game sheets for a baby shower and got asked where I ordered them from because of the quality. Highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service and quality work! My company needed a 5ft banner printed within a few days. Minuteman press was able to meet our deadline and printed a banner of very high quality. I will definitely be using their services for other marketing needs.

I was a customer of the Minuteman Press at the Fairlawn, NJ location for many years. I was lucky that there was a copy and printer center nearby to get important documents copied or faxed, especially during the pandemic when the library had shut down. The staff gave me excellent customer service. The only issues I had with them is when the management had put up a notice in December, 2022 stating that effective December 15, the instant copy and fax service was being restricted from 11:30AM-1:30PM. The lady there who may have been the owner said that they were not meeting their deadlines. The printing manager said that they had other things to do. It was an inconvenience to the customers who needed important documents copied or faxed. It was also an inconvenience to the customers who did not visit there during the restricted times to get documents copied or faxed. The management never should have restricted the copy and fax service in the first place. It is a red flag and they are saying that they do no want our business. That is not how a print and copy center is suppose to be run. Also the printing manager no longer wanted to take the time to copy or fax the documents. During one visit, he got angry and told me to go to the library. That is very bad customer service and unprofessional. There were occasions when I had to wait awhile because the printing manager was busy with the copier. Before this started to happen, the staff just took the documents and copied or faxed it right away and in a timely manner if they were not busy with a customer or on the phone. They were very professional. The problems started to happen in 2022. New ownership had taken over that Minuteman Press towards the end of 2021. In March 2023, I no longer saw the sign about the restrictions. Now there is a sign posted in the front that says if someone needs something copied or printed, please send them an email and that there will be a 1 dollar minimum charge. I never needed to send an email before in order to get something copied. There was never a 1 dollar minimum charge. A customer was charged only for the number of pages that were copied. The owner now tells me that it will be OK for me to stop there anytime. The printing manager told me that the restrictions were still in effect. I will have to see how it goes. Fortunately, there is another local print and copy center that I can go to or the local library if there continues to be an issue or if I decide to not to do business at the Minuteman Press. In the past, I would have given the Minuteman Press a better rating. At this time, the customer service and experience with them has been below average.

Cannot say nothing but the best about Selda and the printing shop. She was very professional and patient with me. I ordered business cards, brochures and store banner from her. Very pleasant to deal with, efficient and accommodating. I was very pleased with the way all the products came out. Highly recommend!

Extremely unprofessional and unfriendly! Had a time sensitive job and when I came to pick it up and noticed that the numbers where not what we agreed on, the owner told me he did not have time with me and asked me to leave the store. I would seek services elsewhere if I was you ;)
