This garage completely took advantage of my senior mom. She only went there for an oil change. The owner used scare tactics to convince her she needed almost $1000 worth of work, when she knew that her car was running beautifully. He told her that her car could smoke, have a burning smell and even catch on fire. If she didn't get the work done, it was only going to cause more damage to her vehicle she was also told. Scare tactics are not allowed to be used to take advantage of vulnerable customers. Also on her bill it does not show their hourly rate for labor or how many hours they worked on her car. This is also required to be on the bill. All her bill showed was a lump sum for the labor charge. Of course my mom will never be a returning customer of theirs again.

Incompetent -- can't even change a tire. On TWO separate occasions, they broke a wheel stud while simply rotating my tires. Danny acted like there's something unusual about MY car. (It's just a Subaru, nothing exotic!) The reason that studs will break is from OVERTIGHTENING the lugnuts. I'm not even a mechanic and I know this. Steer clear of this place.

Just used them for the first time and this will be my new mechanic. They were very friendly, clear and trustworthy. The job was done quickly and they communicated well, prices were fair and reasonable. There's also a panera across the street so if you need to wait while they work on the car that's a comfortable place to be, along with other walkable places nearby.

Came in for a minor job but these guys were very nice, affordable prices and I was out within an hour as I needed to make a meeting. Will definitely keep them in mind for future car repairs.

The owner Dan has never steered me wrong. Use them for both business and personal auto service. I might say i need "X" and there are times Danny surely could have sold me "X" yet has told me that i did not need at the moment. Don in the office has also been a pleasure.
