The service at this location was a 10/10. The manager Brian, was extremely knowledgeable. He was very helpful in finding the right paint for my needs. Customer service was incredible. Brian was very kind, professional, and enthusiastic. In all my years of shopping at Sherwin Willams, this was the best experience I’ve had so far, thanks to Brian. I would definitely shop at this location again and recommend it to others.

Billy was very knowledgeable and helpful. He pointed out undertones that I didn’t notice at first, in certain samples, made good recommendations for a consult and when they didn’t have something in stock he told us 2 closest options on where we could get the paint samples we needed quickly since we need paint for Monday.

Initially it went well - unfortunately there was an error with my purchase and when I went back to the store to handle it the Sales person was grossly unprofessional! I did not get the correct product because of his unprofessional behavior and will not go back there ever. I went to one of the big chains and purchased the correct item.
