I'm loving this bank and the service they give. The customer service is amazing in my experience. My card was hacked and charged after they also asked for a balance on the account. Two times fa few weeks earlier. So because I have the fraud protection they called me in the middle of the night. So I'm all for this bank 24/07. Make sure you put that on your account they also have voice recognition it's easy to get some compassionate person who understands what just happened to you. Your money is important. The rep told me they do it while you are sleeping well I'm up so I'm getting every notification from the fraud. Oh they are so good the rep said they did an ATM transaction with my pin I'm amazed. Unbelievable I wish they'd get a real job.

I was under the impression that bankers hours started and ended as stated. 5/4/22 I was proved wrong. That’s the first thing that this branch scored low on. Not starting/opening on time. Second, being courteous zero stars! As I stood there looking through the big glass doors all I saw was a tall overweight woman in her 30s/40s walk past my view twice jingling her keys completely ignoring me and the others in line for this bank. Then a blonde woman in her mid 50s appeared and was moving briskly inside the bank. She made her way to the doors I was standing in front of and bent down and unlocked both doors and yelled out “wait for me!” While turning her head away from me and the other customers. She then raced over to the other doors and unlocked them letting in more customers. Then she raced towards the clerks counter top while yelling a directive to me “go to the end!”No formal greeting no greeting at all. So I just did as she said and went to the end of the countertop. At this point she said “over here!”I just wanted to get out of this bank as fast as humanly possible. So I didn’t ask if this clerk’s mental condition was “ok”. Anyway, she asked me what I wanted and I told her and she processed my request and before I could gather my belongings she yells out “NEXT!”Zero stars today girls.Customers want to be greeted, even if you are running late all you have to do is hold up your index finder and mouthed the words “just one minute “ followed by a smile. Does cost a thing but it sure sends the right message to a customer.A simple “good morning “ when the customer is allowed in the bank would be courteous and would show some etiquette.Never ever say NEXT when you still have a customer still in front of you.I felt so disrespected when I left there I wanted something done. If anything this review will convey my thoughts and feelings and hopefully reach the right people who could train these two females who worked 5/4/22 at opening bell.Thank you all for reading and I trust you will have a far better experience, maybe thanks to this review.

I mostly use the drive thru, its been a pleasant experience for a decade now, I get my free lollipop to, I’ve been inside multiple times, it seems like they were more helpful in the past compared to now, the app is good, overall I would recommend TD bank compared to others

I love TD bank ... I do my business banking here too but I went to take a $4,000.00 withdrawal and the girl at the counter told me I had to start calling the bank first so they can prepare my withdrawals. I have NEVER heard this before. Hate to leave this bank but I don't have time for this. This has to be a joke.

This rate is specifically for Jessica the “Supervisorâ€. There are other employees who are just wonderful at this TD bank. I came into withdrawal from my mother's saving account because she is just two days post operation from a knee replacement (a major surgery). *They have a policy that the account holder must be present but I have taken money from my mothers account over 20 times* The women working notified me she couldn't complete the transaction because of the policy, so I asked to speak to the manager and I got directed to Jessica to see what else can be done from there. Jessica just stared at me blank in the face shrugged her shoulders and said oh I'm sorry there's nothing that we can do. As the manager and I know I HAVE BEEN A MANAGER AT 4 different locations. It is your job to offer reasonable alternatives, there is always something that can be done. You are supposed to listen to what someone is saying acknowledge it and then reply based off of the concern or what they said. After 10 times of asking her what else can be done, she wanted my mother, while on pain medication, to call the customer service number clearly she was not hearing what I was saying and just trying to get me to leave. After spending a half an hour in the bank with Jessica just staring at me, it was finally established that I can transfer the money to checking and with the pin I can withdraw. NOW, I came in at 2:50, they close at three... you could tell instead of trying to satisfy her customers she was in a rush to leave the bank and carry-on without dealing with a customer that she had right in front of her. I can't even count how many times she told me you could come back tomorrow, or there's nothing else we could do. She didn't even politely offer or take the time to explain. “Oh well there's nothing†“there's nothing†when I asked for her name, she stuttered and repeated Jessica, you could tell that she noticed that she should've dealt with me and more of a polite manner. Let me tell you, Jessica is definitely not in the position to be a manager, supervisor, or for that matter even deal with customers. The only thing she was excited to do was to push me out and lock the door. (Again I know there are policies in place for a reason, but Jessica clearly is unaware of how to offer alternatives unless someone begs for them).

They wouldn't make change for a $100 bill for me, you're a bank. Absolutely Pathetic.

Horrible. I will never go here again. One teller refused me service because I lost my debit card. She refused to get a manager when I asked. Save your time and do not go there.
