“I picked up an auto transporter from U-Hail and.needed help to get my car up the ramp and secured. I googled "towing service" and clicked on the first result. I explained what I needed to the person who answered (Andrew) and listened patiently, then he said he can help me. It was Saturday around 5 PM, he texted his address and told me me to bring the truck/auto transporter and my car. When I got there, Andrew got the car on and secured it for me....and then he said there was NO CHARGE. Who does that??!! Andrew has a heart of gold and is an expert in towing.”
“You’re a fool if you choose any other auto body shop other than Rich’s!! I needed a new side view mirror and was told a brand new one would be $1,500. Vinny was able to locate a used one in perfect condition for $375 and had it painted to match. Installed while I waited in under 30 minutes. HUGE shout out to Vinny, Rich, Bob and Tommy!!

“I called and needed a tow from nj to ny and immediately Marty was attentive, kind and helpful on getting a truck out to help me. Ray was the person in charge of picking up my car and delivering it to my destination. My experience with Ray was smooth quick and very nice. Marty and Ray were not like those other tow truck companies where you call for a tow and the person picking up are angry grumpy frustrated and just have nasty attitudes. “Got help for coordinaing a last minute pickup and from the office with the help of Renee to the driver Bruce Jr and between them both they got the shipment seamlessly taken care of from pickup to delivery asap.The unit that needed to be shipped was a beast. “I hit a curb wrong and poked a hole in my sidewall (not fixable). (Luckily it was the "bald" tire.) I stumbled upon this place. They had my size in a good used tire. Presto-change-o, my car is back to normal. Great price, and you'd never know it's a used tire. Since that day, I'm converted. When I need a replacement tire, I always get a used tire. (Always check your tire pressure right after getting a used tire. Most places do everything right, but a few have sent me on my way with a ridiculously wrong pressure, like 18psi or 45psi.)”

“One of the most honest and best mechanics in the area. If work doesn't need to be done he will tell you that straight up. I've been going to him for almost 5 five years now, and have recommended countless people to him. All of which have been extremely happy with his service. The only complaint I have is that he closes a bit early at around 4:00 PM however he is open supper early in the morning and has even fixed my car that I dropped off the night before before I even woke up. I should also mention that my family used to use Leo & Ray's for many years however we found that many issues were misdiagnosed in more than one occasion or that we were overcharged for unnecessary labor. That is an issue I've never had with George.”
