Ed is the man he makes the river rd store run so smooth and there always seems to be a great vibe in the store Ed and the other employees like Albert today always have smiles on their faces and they are genuinely always ready and willing to help co workers or customers. Albert also spoke fluent Spanish I think that’s great and I’m sure makes that store more money as well as makes some customers feel more comfortable. Great job Ed first shout out and Albert a close second shout out!! You guys rock!!

The UPS Agents are fantastic. They have a friendly, happy and helpful attitude. They are really unbelievable in this day and age. They do everything for me. May God bless them all!!!

Sorry i can’t stay not saying anything. I been going to this location for years Ed and Drew is always there, this is the first time i saw Patrick but he is very nice and helpful. I witnessed everything, this person just left a negative feedback and her son, “Sandra Simons & V PR” you coming in the store and cutting 9 people in line and getting mad because Patrick explain to you that you need two label for your 2 big boxes return and you keep forcing him just to re scan it, OMG lady! And you keep saying that you know what you’re talking about cause your brother own a Ups Store. What did you do next You change the return for 2 labels right away, And you want to return a shoe in a shoe box you were told need you need packaging because you have a label. And still yelling to the poor guy. Lady next time just read the instructions. Have some a little bit of common sense. Leave the guy alone. This place is nothing but helpful and I’m thankful they are part of my community.

I recently visited the UPS Store on River Road to have a particularly complicated document notarized for the NYC Comptroller’s office, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and took the time to understand exactly what my paperwork required. Their professionalism and attention to detail put me instantly at ease. The people who work in this store are very helpful and professional.. The only thing I dislike about the store is that little incline before the entrance door. I am a person with severe disability. I wish they would have a rail installed so I can hold on to when going in. I fell twice there and it wasn't pleasant
