Ice cream sucked. Tasted like it was defrosted then re frozen. Limited flavors and just a poor quality. I'm guessing they have a problem with their refrigeration. The sugar cone was good however

Everyone was very nice and responsive. I wasn't pleased with the cake flavor selection everything was mostly chocolate or cookies and cream - no vanilla. Then we had them write on the cake and it was terribly written. Thankfully they were so nice that we didn't make a fuss.

The employees were clearly so apathetic. They gave me the wrong item, didn’t apologize, made excuses, and tried to convince me that what they’d given me instead was better than what I ordered.When I was ordering at the drive thru, they asked a bunch of questions that showed they hadn’t been listening. I repeated my order and they still gave me the wrong item. When I corrected them, they said they didn’t even have that item. When I pointed out it was on their menu, someone else came over and told me that what they were trying to give me was so much better and the ice cream flavor I wanted was “frozen and nasty” which is such a d*** thing to say because Ice cream is frozen. I said I still wanted the flavor I ordered, not the random other flavor they were trying to give me.I heard them complaining about me before they closed the window.

if I could give 0 Stars I would I guess the owner of this establishment owns too many other facilities and he really doesn't care about this one or his money because I'm a mechanic and I could run this place better

When I was ordering at the drive thru, they asked clarifying questions that showed they hadn’t been listening. I had to repeat my order which was fine but the annoying part was when they handed me the incorrect item. When I corrected them, they said they didn’t even have that item. When I responded it was on their menu, someone else came over and told me that what they were trying to give me was so much better and the ice cream flavor I wanted was “frozen and nasty” which is obviously confusing because Ice cream is normally frozen. I said I still wanted the flavor I ordered, not the random other flavor they were trying to give me. I heard them complaining about me before they closed the window.

Employees are apathetic. They gave me the wrong ice cream from what I ordered on the menu, and when I corrected them they gave me excuses in this order:1. We don't have that flavor on the menu2. This one we're giving you tastes better, like cake. 3. The one you want is frozen and nasty. There was no apology and I heard them complain about me before they shut the drivethru window.
