We called Ricardo of Bavaria tire ,to match an existing flat tire .We made a appointment ,within an hour he had the new replacement tire Mounted ,Balanced on the Alloy rim ,and changed on the vehicle and spare put back in Car .He must be a father himself as my daughter was taken care of as family . We could not believe how fast ,efficient and Professional they are , At a very reasonable price . Thank you for the Great Service , Riccardo & Bavaria our go to tire shop , you will thank me :)

The puncture your tires if they not in the mood to deal with your job. I asked them to mount the tires specifically on on side in front when I left all of a sudden 2 of my good tires have slits in them. Yes I got upset with them not listening to what I wanted and this is what I get. If you dont speak spanish well they dont speak english well only the owner does. They are closed but ill be back to deal with this when I am back from my trip.

They went over and above for me. I was driving from New York to meet someone else to buy used tires from because I didn’t know of this company yet. The link that was provided from the other person brought me to the wrong location which was like 20 minutes away as I pulled into that parking lot. I ended up getting a flat tire.. I called Bavaria Tire they came right over, took my tire back to the shop, along with another one of my rims and install the tires for me. Had I known about them from the beginning I would’ve went to them first, but they did me a favor and helped me out.

I purchased two tires from here on Jan. 10. One of them turned out to be leaking as I had to fill it about 5 times since it was put on. I called today (Feb. 1) to bring it to their attention. I was told to show up and it would be looked at. I get there about 30 mins after calling only to be told that I can be helped in 1.5 hours as there was only one employee there and he had 2 customers ahead. If I wanted to wait that long, I would go to Firestone. I call the same number that I initially called and no answer. I drive back home because I do not have time to wait that long. This has been my go-to spot for tires, not sure what has happened lately. I have even recommended this spot to friends, but I will think twice before doing that now.

Liars, like little girls, starting from the owner to the both employees they will give you a hard time, not honor their warranties and denied services and products that they installed is what to expect from them, if I had them on a ring I would make them bleed like niagara, but they are not man enough to agree to that all they do is just talk, like beaches.

Shout out to Ricardo and Rafael for helping me yesterday. Lets start with Ricardo, I called inquiring about a post. I explained to Ricardo myEta which was MINUTES before them closing, without a hesitation he said come in we will take care of you. I make it on time, but it took me 10 minutes trying to find the complex. I called Ricardo and he patiently explained to me how to find his shop. By the I got there its past 6pm and these gentlemen remained open just for me. Great price for the tire and A1 customer service. Rafael helped me instal the tire. He was very nice and efficient. Thank you gentlemen!P.S- I can tell they deal with high end vehicles as Rafael was meticulous handling the rim and vehicle. ?
