I met with Kevin and he was very friendly and punctual and courteous. He explained to me in detail about the repair needed on my Lexus car and how it should be done etc. I would come here again, they are very extremely reliable and are very fair priced. I had come here in past years for collision repairs to my Subaru & Honda cars and their work is faultless and no issues for this many years. They are definitely 5 stars in customer service, price and workmanship.

I was stressed about repairing my Tesla Model 3! But everything about this repair job was above and beyond! And my stress melted away! Eric and Nicole guided me through everything, helped with insurance, texted updates and made me feel at ease. The repair team did an amazing job and my car came back like new! I had the pleasure of working with Collision Restoration Auto Body Shop in Fairfield, New Jersey. After a stressful car crash that left my Tesla Model 3 in need of serious repair, Glen, Nicole, and their incredible team made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.
From the moment I walked in, Glen and Nicole greeted me warmly, taking the time to explain every step of the repair process clearly and patiently. Their professionalism and genuine care instantly put me at ease during what could have been a very stressful time.

If you’re a Tesla owner (and have NJM as the insurance carrier) stop scrolling for other options. Go to Collision Restoration. Tesla service wait times are ridiculous if you need repairs. I worked with the insurance agent and had to call 8 repair shops (either bc the shop didn’t do Tesla repairs and/or they sounded shaisty) before I found CR on the Tesla chat board. CR understands the intricacies of Tesla vehicles. The repairs are excellent and the customer service is even better. I was told that it would take 8 weeks to receive parts- but it was only 2 weeks. I was informed that it would be an 8 day turn around but they completed it in 3. I was also surprised that my car was detailed with every scratch fixed when I went to pick up my car. They also send texts to let you know how far along the progress of your repair is. All around great experience!

Very professional autobody shop. I chose them because they were one of the few Volvo certified repair shops around and I wanted to make sure that I got OEM parts. I had very minor damage to a trim piece in my bumper and they were very communicative, helpful, and made the process effortless. They provided the quote quickly and set up the repair right away. They even returned the car cleaner than when I dropped it off. I could not recommend them enough!

Brought My Tesla To Collision Restoration and I couldn't be HAPPIER!! They are professional, responsive and treated me like a VIP. But the bottom line is quality of the work and you won't find a better repair shop than Collision Restoration.! 10 Stars for Nicole!!

I went to Collision Restoration and got a quote from Eric to repair the front bumper of my Tesla Model 3 which was cracked. He helped me though the whole process, ordered parts, and returned my car a day earlier than expected.
To top it off, the car was washed - inside and out, and charged up! They took care to use paper mats and steering wheel covers to keep things clean while working on it. They even fixed some curb rash on the wheels and repainted the rims to match - at no cost.
I’m beyond happy with the care and basically white glove service offered by a team clearly passionate about their work who don’t miss the details.
I hope to never need serious body work, of course - but if I ever need more help, this would be the place, without question.
