This place is great…. not enough workers and now they have lunch break which is bad idea….it’s a very good place. Very friendly, caring and helpful. The pharmacist very busy so the technician helped me with my medicine. Yasmine was very sweet, kind, helpful. Good job

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and while sometimes the service is OK, my most recent experience is making me feel like they gave me crazy pills in my last prescription.I got a prescription filled for my DOG a month ago. Since then I have been receiving TWICE DAILY (9am and 5pm) phone calls about refilling this prescription. He is a dog. He does not take this medication every day he takes it every six weeks so he doesn't freak out when he gets his nails cut.The first time I called, I explained the situation to the person who answered the phone and she said oh my goodness so sorry the calls will stop. Thanks!The second time I went IN PERSON and was told... oh my goodness so sorry the calls will DEFINITELY stop now. THANKS!The third time I had to call (this morning) I was told oh no we can't stop them for you... you have to call our corporate office. They should have told you that. I don't know why they didn't.Are. You. Kidding.So after three attempts at contacting the pharmacy plus an almost 20 minute phone call with the corporate office I am told the phone calls will now stop.I was under the impression this was meant to be helpful? Having to call the corporate office to get harassing non stop phone calls to stop is bad enough but not even being told I had to do that until I contacted the pharmacy THREE times? Come on.

I go here for the convenience of location but if there was another cvs near me I would not come here simply because the assistant that us there all the time us very rude and abrupt! Her tone of voice is rude all the time especially when you ask a question as if the customers put you their to work. If I ask a question that mean I need answers like asking details about your flu shot. If you are unhappy at your job please do not take it out on the customer. Pharmacist are good otherwuse. One star only for the location. Absolutely hate seeing her unfriendly face there. She is the heavy set dark skin with glasses employee. Management please do something about this. Customer service is everything!
