Sunday 2nd November 2025 5:35pm went into the store as regular, we shop here weekly spend roughly $35-45. My husband is very, very ill so he went to the counter and ask can he used the bathroom..the way the worker look at him with such disgust and scorned. I said look my husband have cancer and he really need to use the bathroom. The worker is looking at the other worker and asking if we should let him use it...Those 2 white(women)workers should be fired..I'll NEVER SHOP HERE EVER. VERY RACIST. NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER...THIS STORE SHOULD BE REPORTED.

When we asked to utilize Dollar Tree's locked public bathrooms while we were shopping, the young employee, Clark, denied us the use of the bathroom and directed us to go to the next door establishment. Another customer (older gentleman) became agitated upon hearing this exchange. There were visibly two bathrooms, mens and womens and we could not use neither. As per Clark, the general manager to this Dollar Tree is Sonya. Is it the policy of this DOLLAR TREE to deny paying customers and to direct them to go to another business to use their bathroom?

I don’t know her name - women with black/brown hair and unnatural teeth around 50-60y. Very very rude, very unprofessional and very disrespectful! She’s working today 05/14 around 1-30-2pm. Sometimes I saw her working on cash register. I'll come there again to just see her name. And file a complaint to head office I never again !

Had a great experience at this Dollar Tree! I found everything I needed for birthday decorations and gift bags at a great price. They also had a nice selection of helium balloons. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even better. The store was organized and well-stocked. Definitely a great spot for party supplies!
