I've been using Lenny for my business insurance for years, longer than I can remember. Never had any insurance claims yet (thank God), but dealing with certificate requests through him and Kim has been nothing but easy.

Office manager Kim is extremely rude and unprofessional. She lacks the skills and proficiency of the company’s motto. She is not a good neighbor! She is a horrible reflection on Lenny Barone.
