The worst customer service. Maybe they just have the wrong number posted but the guy behind the number was the opposite of helpful.

I've always had good experiences here. Glenn has always been most helpful in servicing my orders, and while maybe not as price competitive as a U-line or other large manufacturer. they have stock and are great for local pick up's

No one even bothered to ask me about my product, sizes, quantities, etc.. like all other box companies do. They must be doing very well if they can afford to turn down new business without knowing about my product and current needs!
