I make the strongest effort to shop small, especially at these times, the beauty of Justin’s pricing is how competitive he is with all of the franchise larger stores. “I got locked out of my apartment in the West Village late at night and was honestly panicking. I called Golden Key Locksmith and they picked up right away, explained everything clearly, and had a technician on the way fast.
The tech arrived quickly, was super professional, and got me back into my apartment without damaging the door or lock. The pricing was fair, upfront, and exactly what they said it would be—no surprises.
Being locked out is stressful, but they made the whole situation easy and handled it like true pros. If you’re ever locked out in NYC, especially in the West Village, this is the company you want to call. Highly recommend.”

The staff frequently comes up to you and offers to help, I have never had to walk around to find help. Store is always clean and well stocked. There is a good size parking lot so never an issue finding parking.”

“Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is I've been getting this Marsala wine in the picture since 2012 at this liquor store and they no longer carry it.
I would always buy three or four bottles at a time. I will have to now order it from the website. It was so convenient for me to stop by after work to pick up this bottle so I can make my chicken marsala and now I'm going to have to order it from the website. But they have a terrific selection of liquors and beers and the store is very clean.”
