“We go to this location every year for our annual bloodwork in connection with our annual physicals. No issues, this time in fact we had 8 am appointments. No on in the lobby, no wait. We were in an out with no issues by 8:20 I think? So fast. One small complaint - seeing you have to use the restroom for urine samples, it would be nice if there was actual hand soap (there was a bottle located on a small table below) but on the wall, and a touchless sink along with paper towels. It stinks you have to touch the door handle to open it after with no paper towels, and more hand sanitizing bottles in the lobby reception area. Other than that, the staff that helped my husband and I were friendly and pleasant.”

“I needed medical care and was out of town. So I looked for the nearest urgent care . They accepted my insurance which was a plus ! They took me back quickly. The staff was very friendly, helpful to me and I was given my meds to the nearest CVS and I was on my way ! If you don’t have insurance or you’re out of network they still can see you. I would definitely recommend this place for medical care!”

“I go to the Pompton lakes office once a month for one test of court there is a wait to be expected I realize I am not the only one getting tested. I have never had a problem with the staff I find them very courteous. My doctor has a standing order for me there. Tell your Dr. to do the same if you go monthly saves lots of time. P. S. Be nice. No one wants to get stuck with a needle. They understand that.”

“I went to Labcorp with my mom and sister, and we were both taken care of by Lissett. She did such an amazing job from start to finish. Her hands were so gentle and light that I honestly didn’t even feel the needle at all, which made the whole process so much easier and stress-free. She was kind, professional, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. It can be nerve-wracking to get blood drawn, but she made it feel effortless. My sister and I both agreed she gave us one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at Labcorp. Thank you, Lissett, for making what can sometimes be an uncomfortable situation into a very positive one!”

“I'm not sure how this hospital only has 3 stars. I've been in and out of numerous hospitals over my 40 yeas, and Clara Maass is by far the best. I had to have a same day surgery preformed there yesterday. From the time I stepped into this hospital to the time I left, I was treated with such compassion, kindness, respect and love. The entire staff here remembers how important the bedside manner is, in that most of us are afraid when we need to be in the hospital. We even shared some good laughs, and we all know that's great for the soul and healing. God Bless all of you there at Clara Maass, thank you for all you do. Love me!!!! :)”
