“Scheduling and checking in for an early morning appointment was easier than I expected. We waited very briefly, which was great. Yolanda was absolutely amazing! She helped us navigate the prescription paperwork issue we had and was kind and patient with my 4.5 year old who needed a significant amount of blood drawn; No pain, no discomfort, no tears and lots of stickers and compliments from Yolanda made him the happiest kid! And, the facility was extremely clean and organized, which is a huge plus.”

“I'm not sure how this hospital only has 3 stars. I've been in and out of numerous hospitals over my 40 yeas, and Clara Maass is by far the best. I had to have a same day surgery preformed there yesterday. From the time I stepped into this hospital to the time I left, I was treated with such compassion, kindness, respect and love. The entire staff here remembers how important the bedside manner is, in that most of us are afraid when we need to be in the hospital. Her hands were so gentle and light that I honestly didn’t even feel the needle at all, which made the whole process so much easier and stress-free. She was kind, professional, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. It can be nerve-wracking to get blood drawn, but she made it feel effortless. My sister and I both agreed she gave us one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at Labcorp. “I had a frustrating experience at this Labcorp last week. The staff member at the front desk was rude, lost my paperwork, and the whole process was chaotic. Despite explaining that I needed to get back to work and asking if she can check my paper work that I faxed again, she ignored me, so I eventually walked out.
I decided to try again and was greeted by Laiza at the front desk. Laiza was an absolute gem. She’s extremely kind, understanding, and incredibly professional. She listened to my concerns, quickly resolved the paperwork issue, and even drew my blood easily and quickly with no pain. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Her gentle and considerate approach genuinely made all the difference.
If you’re visiting this Labcorp location, I highly recommend asking for Laiza. She truly is amazing and I’ll definitely be doing my blood tests with her in the future.”
