He was so knowledgeable, kind, and willing to give me advice on what I can do to save some money prior to the moving date. He was so very assessable and communicated with me prior to the moving date and answered all my questions. On the moving day, his team was incredible. They introduced themselves and got to work right away. They were so careful with our belongings and just like Ed, communicated with us all throughout the day if they had any questions or concerns. We had some difficult items that needed to be moved, and they worked so hard to make sure it was all packed up and ready to go. At our new house, they again were so very careful and organized our items.
