The customer service is phenomenal! We moved and the movers broke the legs on our dresser (well made, just clumsy movers). I tried to contact the manufacturer to order replacements and they were totally MIA. I called Creative Furniture and they reached out to obtain new ones. You can tell a lot about the character of a business after the sale is done, and Creative Furniture is truly there to help the customer. I highly recommend!

This store is not even worth a 1. The world's worst. Purchased a couch that went on sale for about 1,200 less the following week. The store would not honor the sale. The couch came and we signed off on it because when we mentioned that the pillows were all wrinkled, we were told by the people who put it together that we should let them sit for a while. They will probably straighten out. They never straightened out. Called the store and someone came to look at it. They agreed with me about the pillows and that they should replace them or give me a new couch. Somehow in communication, the store received a message that I did not relay. I stopped payment on my credit card for the couch and would pay for it again once the couch was fixed. After all, it was a brand new couch. BTW, it looked nothing like the couch in the store. I would have never purchased it with those horrible wrinkled pillows. After some time, someone came to fix the stuffing. I again mentioned the same thing about the wrinkles and was told again to let them sit for a while. Finally I reached out to the owner of the company who basically told me I stole merchandise from his store since I have the couch and they have no payment. Some time later I got an e mail from another person who claimed to be a manager. He was very nice and I really thought he was working with me until after going back and forth with him (he claims he went to look at other stores that had the couch and that was just the nature of the couch) and he asked me to take pictures of the pillows and whole couch and send it to him and he would get back to me. He never did, but rather sent me a letter demanding the couch be paid for by the end of the week saying there was nothing more they could do. Now I am stuck with a brand new couch that has pillows that look awful and I will have to pay a company to come back and try to fix the pillows. I also asked him on our last phone call if the company who made the couch would try to do something about this. Again, that was not answered. I tired to call them myself and was unable to find their number anywhere. Once again, DO NOT purchase anything from this store. Lenore D.

Terrible customer service. Sold inferior chairs plus warranty. Warranty wasn't worth the paper it was written on. Store manager and owner would not replace chairs where seam opened. Warranty company claimed it was our fault...and were nasty. This after trying to rectify matter over the course of 7 months following purchase. Stay Away

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Creative Furniture. We purchased a bedroom set in February with a delivery date of mid June. The stitching and alignment of the fabric on the headboard in the set was defective and I asked for them to replace it. No one at the store took accountability of my issue and it took 2 months of follow up with them to finally get a new headboard, only to find the 2nd one is faulty too. This company expects customers to pay in full prior to delivery and then live with damaged goods upon delivery. They do not want to address the issue but are happy to tell you that the furniture is not supposed to be perfect.

I've been emailing and calling to get answers to my questions about a particular piece of furniture for a month now. When I call, nobody picks up and when I email I never get a reply. I guess they don't want to make money?

I bought something online and they never sent me a tracking number. A $584 dollar coffee table. They then proceeded to leave it on the street in New York with no phone call. I wasn't home, I was at work. How can you sell expensive furniture and not provide tracking? I emailed their customer service email 5 times and never got a response. I pray to god I get a refund. Terrible terrible terrible. DO NOT order online from them.Update / response to the owners comment: I emailed the customer service email countless times no response. Was put on an endless elevator music loop when calling your customer service number. My inbox on my phone isn't full and I never got a call from you -- I answer all calls when I have incoming shipments. And you guys never refunded me, the bank had to force you to. If you had taken the merchandise back I should have been refunded immediately but I was not. So strange and messed up. Maybe hire an actual customer service team and learn how to use a tracking number.
