The staff is Fantastic BUT still a broken lock on the bathroom door and it has been over a month and it was reported by me (I don't feel comfortable or safe if I am there by myself and need to use the bathroom) , app does not work 1/2 time to access door, one elevator out yesterday and luckily the staff let us know where the other elevator was located - sign only said elevator out of order. Minimal security to get in as once inside , the doors will open anytime one walks by to grab a cart. but again STAFF FANTASTIC!

Absolutely terrible. Lost all my belongings because my storage became infested with roaches. I have the insurance but no one answers or gets back to you at all. I’m out of $4000 worth of items. Awful experience
