I had a very frustrating experience at this QuickChek. I used their air machine, which had no sign indicating it was out of order. As soon as I started using it, instead of filling my tire, it began deflating it. I even went inside to ask, and the employee confirmed the machine was working ā but it wasnāt. The result was a flat tire that left me stranded and forced me to call for roadside assistance and go to a tire shop to change again, adding unnecessary stress, time, and cost.
A simple āout of orderā sign could have prevented this entire situation. I hope management takes responsibility and ensures their equipment is properly maintained and clearly marked when not working. Customers shouldnāt have to go through this kind of hassle.

This is by far the most disgusting/ dirty and unsanitary rest stop Iāve ever been to. I travel to NYC often via van service and unfortunately this is the gas station our drives used during the tripā¦
Every time Iāve been here the restroom has been disgusting. Garbage overflown, the smell of urine dried into the floor, thereās never any toilet paper and the staff refuses to clean anything for you to use itā¦
Iāll be reaching out to the health department every day because these people use the same restroom as us customersā¦
Let that sink in!
