My wife and I recently ordered our baby nursery furniture (mattress, crib, dresser, chest) from the Fairfield Raymour & Flanigan location, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Henry. Hands down, one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with… genuine, courteous, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about everything we were looking at.
From the moment we walked in, Henry made the entire process effortless. We were waiting on two specific crib pieces to come back in stock, and instead of us having to constantly check or follow up, Henry handled everything for us. He kept track of the updates, reached out the moment the pieces arrived, and immediately let us know when delivery could be scheduled. We didn’t even have to wait two weeks; everything was quick, smooth, and stress-free.
Delivery itself was seamless. I loved that there was a tracker, the team gave us an ETA, and they showed up exactly as promised. They were super clean, extremely thorough, and very respectful throughout the entire process. The furniture looks amazing in the nursery and is excellent quality!
Working with Henry was truly a pleasure. He’s a stand-up guy who genuinely goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy and don’t have to worry about a thing. He took care of every detail so we could focus on preparing for our baby without the stress of coordinating or chasing down updates.
If you’re planning to buy furniture, especially something important like nursery pieces, go to the Fairfield location and ask for Henry. He made this the best experience I’ve had with Raymour & Flanigan.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THANK ME LATER - POSSIBLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY FROM THEIR MANAGER! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRUAD ASAP! PROMISES NOT KEPT, NO COMMUNICATION, NO ANSWER WHEN YOU CALL - ZERO FOLLOW UP AFTER SPENDING THOUSANDS OF$!!!

Bought chairs online and had shipped to this location. The chairs were missing legs! Customer service told me they'd get back to me the same day. That was a week ago. Now nobody answers the phone. Buyer beware!

This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a company this big. We went to buy a sectional couch on August 30th. They told us that delivery most likely would be middle of October if not before because of a “special order” and we said that’s ok. Our sales guy was the best he is still the best after all this BS. Middle of October comes and we hear nothing. Finally got a call that delivery was going to be Sunday October 26th but Saturday came and we still didn’t hear from the company so I reached out to our sales person and he gave me the time. Since it was Sunday we had to take our bulky garbage out for pick up on Friday and we did so at this point we had no furniture in our home. Saturday the day before around 6pm I get a call that delivery was canceled because the company changed system and now deliveries are ALL CANCELLED that I would get my delivery fee returned $270 which today is November 7th and still is not in my account. Fast forward we didn’t get a call until Thursday when i reached out because we had no furniture and the kids were on the floor all this time. SURPRISED delivery to my zip code was “estimated” maybe November 14th. At this point we just went in person to canceled our order on November 1st. They tried to tell us that they could delivery a partial order because not all the pieces were there and we said NO but it’s November 7th and STILL NO REFUND NOT EVEN THE FIRST REFUND WHICH WAS THE SHIPPING! They don’t answer the phone o have called 6 times today. THEY HAVE THE SALES PEOPEM WORKKGN PRETTY MUCH FOR FREE SINCE A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE CANCELLING ORDERS. What kind of company is this????? So disappointed and now who do i complain? WHERES MY MONEY???? Everything. Paid for and not with a credit card WHAT TAKING SO LONG!!!!!!!

I had a custom order couch arrive in the wrong fabric... now no one's reaching out about the replacement.... Feels like I threw a couple thousand dollars down the drain. Honestly if someone doesn't get back to me and fix this I'm gonna consider small claims court...

DO NOT buy the service plan from Raymour & Flanigan- they sell it but do not honor it!
It seems that Karla at the Fairfield location sold me an extended warranty to boost her sales, because she never explained that it’s only for a partial coverage. After reading the policy, I had two technicians come to my home to fix my couch - that’s within warranty. The first told me that couch armrests are not covered. The second technician, Alfredo Jose, came to my house and was really rude. When I opened the door for him, I greeted him, and he said “whatever where’s the couch?” Alfredo said that he thinks he can fix it but it would take a long time. He said that armrests are considered “wear and tear.” The couches have no scratches, tears, and the cushions aren’t sinking in so I asked him to explain his “wear and tear” reasoning. After looking it over, he told me that he thinks it can’t be fixed and left. When I reached out to Karla, to express my concern, she responded that repairs is not her department. I spoke to store manager Mo, and told him what happened. Mo dismissed me, didn’t even apologize, and told me that customer service will contact me. I then spoke to Ms Morales, in customer service and they promised they would get back to me. It’s been over two months since everyone’s empty promises. Avoid this store entirely. They are unprofessional and not worth your time or money. If it were a $20 item, I wouldn’t complain or care but I spent a lot of money on a set of couches that are allegedly their best collection which also happened to be their most expensive. I’m highly disappointed and will never buy anything from this company again …

This was the easiest process ever, all thanks to Eric! We went in to look on a Tuesday and by that Thursday the couch was already in our house. The craziest thing is that we had the wrong measurements for our living room and didn’t realize until after the couch had already been purchased, so we reached out to Eric that night and he changed our order immediately. It was all so seamlessly done and we felt so well taken care of; we have been recommending this place- and specifically Eric- to everyone we know!

Very Disappointed with Customer Service
I ordered a sofa bed, swing chair, and special-order pillow on August 11, 2025, from Raymour & Flanigan. The salesperson, Michael Grossman, told me everything would take about six weeks. The swing chair arrived on time, but the pillow has been a complete nightmare.
After October 3rd, Michael said the pillow had arrived and would be delivered by October 9th — but no one called or delivered it. I’ve tried contacting customer service many times, but it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone. When I finally got through, the representative was rude, unhelpful, and just said, “You have to wait, it’s a special order.” Then they put me on hold in silence!
I even went to the store on October 15th. The front desk said the pillow should be there but couldn’t find it. Michael searched the storage room and couldn’t locate it either. He promised it would arrive by October 20th, but still nothing.
It’s now been over two months, and I’m still waiting with no update. Very disappointed — terrible communication and poor service.

Fairfield store is a joke! Store manager Morales never calls back  or. replies to emails They took my money and have not delivered the furniture! Worst customer service ever! No one knows what they’re talking about. You wait on hold for one hour! Promised delivery date and the furniture wasn’t even at the store, but they sure were very quick to call me to pay the balance in full!

Don’t buy anything from this company! I wouldn’t even give one star. They mess up everything and their customer service is horrible! Store manager is horrible. Stay away!

UPDATE: After going into the store, I was informed that my furniture wasn’t delivered because they didn’t have certain items. So, instead of notifying me, they just didn’t deliver it. Excellent way to do business! 🙄
If you want your furniture to be delivered on time, don’t shop here. I paid $5,000 for a bed frame and 3 rugs. Only 1 rug has been delivered. They “rescheduled” the delivery for the bed frame and the other 2 rugs for today between 9am and 11am. I never received notice that it was on its way. Nothing has been delivered and it’s now almost 4:30pm. I’m now inconvenienced to go back to the store because I can’t get through via telephone. Like I said, if you want your furniture delivered on time or at all, look elsewhere. Awful, awful customer service.

Amazing service and communication with the sales team - especially Erik who was very professional and assisted me with my decisions. He even followed up after delivery. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the customer care department (manager especially). I exchanged an item, that was for a lesser amount and was told I would get a refund For the difference . I wanted an email or something in writing stating when and how much the refund would be. I had to call about 40 times before somebody answered the phone and then I was put On a 15 minute hold. If it wasn’t for Erik, I would’ve canceled my order, but he kept me assured that everything would be OK. Thanks, Erik, keep up the great work.
