Andrea at the Fairfield store was so friendly, patient, and helpful while I decided on the specifics of the sectional. The process was quick and efficient. This is my 2nd sectional from Raymour and I absolutely love it.

The experience with R&F is too long for me express at this moment. One recommendation is DO NOT GET THE INSURANCE with R&F they are not honest. I paid over $1000 for all my furniture and they told me I have to get it replaced and no longer have insurance.. it’s a one shot deal.. this is after months of dealing with them. They told me they would call me back and didn’t.. I bought over $10k in furniture.. I was planning on buying 2 bedroom sets, kitchen and dining after my house got renovated but they lost a customer.. never againTo be fair, the staff with the exception of the woman manager are easy to talk with

Visited the Fairfield, NJ showroom. I was greeted by the sales persons. The showroom is well lit and clean. The furniture are organized by groups. Karla helped me find what I am looking for, living room furniture in particular. She also mention about the sale promotion that is currently going on. I did not feel intimidated by the sales people as we freely walk around the showroom. I found what I'm looking for based on the selections you have.
