I’ve always had a pretty pleasant experience banking at this branch so I was quite surprised how I was Attended when i went to open an account for my 13 year old.
I walked in on a Sunday afternoon at 1:27 and One of the tellers asked what can she help me with, once i said I was trying to open up an account for my daughter with out hesitation said she didn’t think that was possible because they were about to close.
Let me remind you again it was 1:27 in the afternoon. The bank closes at 2:00 pm!!
It takes about 20 minutes to open up a bank account, She then proceeded to walk over and ask another young man that was working with a client if it was possible he without any hesitation, said yes, that she could assist me or I wait on him about 10 to 15 minutes.
At this point, she had a face & I’m guessing felt that it was gonna take up more of her time if I waited for him so she walked over to her desk and asked me to have a seat that she would attend me. This young lady was very cold/ not welcoming at all . Not a pleasant person to work .
I also ran into a situation while trying to open up my daughter’s account She said back office was the only people that could assist me, with the issue, When requesting the number to contact them, she told me I can find it in the back of my card , I call the number on the back of the card only for them to tell me their not the ppl I need to speak to but thankfully they did Provide me with the number of who could…
Customer service is a big deal to me, And yes, I work in this field, so I know how we should make people feel welcomed and attended to. This experience has left a really bad impression on me.
TD BANK You Need To DO BETTER STAFF TRAINING!!!

Just a single deposit in this location not busy at all but but make and waiting for 30 plus minutes took my money not even counted in front went inside come back I got my ID WENT BACK inside came back with the receipt that is not even visible that’s profiling

This branch has the friendliest associates. Always so helpful and make transactions quickly hassle free. I sent my mom here to open an account for my grandma after another bank told them (and spending over an hour there) that Puerto Rico was a foreign country and they needed special documents that had to be notarized to open an account and deposit money with a check from Puerto Rico. (Newsflash, PR is a US territory) TDBank opened the account quickly and deposited the check with no issues at all. Thank you TD for being a great help and making it so easy for my mom and grandma. Love the service and the alwaysand ever helpful friendly employees.

Visited this branch for the Frist time and was impressed with the customer service manager Shahfeez, he is very knowledgeable about the service"s offered at TD. Had a problem and he solved it in two minutes.

If I could give negative stars I would. The people working in this bank are the coldest people I have ever met. Stay away from here. They will steal from you, the bank manager is the biggest culprit of them all so you can't expect this person to resolve your issue. Two of my family members told them they were closing their accounts over their gross mistreatment & they said that's fine with a big smile. Not one person in this branch cares about you, your money, or your business with them as a loyal customer. They are the most cold unfeeling dishonest people as a group that I have ever encountered in my entire life. Their mistreatment is unbelievable. No wonder they have had so many class action lawsuits filed against them over the years. Buyer beware particularly with the Fairfield NJ branch.

I visited this branch with an issue and they were perfect at handling it! The assistant manager Morgan was pleasant and took care of the issue in a timely and fair manner. The whole team at TD here care about their customers and always make your visit nice. Thanks!
