The woman at the front service desk is super rude , does not have manners or customer service skills. She’s always in a mood, on the phone while customers are there, and answers to all questions rudely. She is rushing to get on to the next one and treat them just the same. It’s an unpleasant experience overall.

I ordered my package on November 22.It was moving well until it got to their post office.Ever since then my package hasn’t moved and I expected it to be here by now,I just want the item I paid for!I hope they aren’t stealing these packages.But it’s now been sitting there for about 13 days!No package should be sitting at a partner facility for that long it’s supposed to be a quick send to the next location! Im only giving them 1 star due to my package not getting here on time for holidays due to this businesses conduct.
Extended part: I have now received my package but I will not be changing my rating due to my package still not making it in time for the holidays,This parcel warehouse really needs to evaluate who they got working in there.They are too slow and they don't pick up the phone so my rating still stands.

This office has been holding my package for days. It seems to be a constant problem for them. I hope I get my package in less than 2 months, as other people have mentioned is the amount of time this facility takes to simply PASS ON a package to the next facility.

Absolutely pathetic. I ordered something for Christmas for my dad, and the package has been sitting at this post office for over two weeks. The tracking just keeps saying it's arriving and departing at this post office. I just want something I paid for. This place needs to be put out of business, and the people working here deserve to lose their jobs and live on the streets.

This is absolutely ridiculous! I ordered my package on Black Friday for Christmas for my father. Well it is now New Year’s Day and the package is still stuck in this post office. Looking at all the comments, my guess is they just gave up and went home. Well thanks for nothing. My father passed away two days ago so go ahead and take your time. I will be filing a formal complaint. There is absolutely no reason a package should be at one facility this long. You have too much space to store things and if you are stealing then I can only pray Karma treats you like you treated us customers.

My package has been sitting since sometime around November 1st. Get your stuff together, terrible place, I hope it gets shut down or placed under new management because they suck! This problem has ruined people's plans for Christmas and more. This makes about two months my package has been sitting!

Horrible postal service, My package has been sitting in this facility since November 1st 2024 and It's about to be 2025 that means my package has been there for two whole months and hasn't moved, absolutely pathetic, I previously posted a review and it was deleted so I'm posting another one. I've called the place multiple times, and they've hung up on me every time. It is an absolute disgrace when it comes to customer service. I hope it comes under new management soon. I will be calling every day until someone answers the phone or until my package is delivered. To make the matter even worse, this place is only a two hours away from where the package needs to be delivered, do better.

This is the worst USPS ever my package has been sitting here for about 2 and a half weeks. the delivery date is January 3! that’s 28 total days this is truly embarrassing i’m only 15 miles away and it also seems that i am not the only one having this problem somebody please go and check this postal office people should be getting their package do better i want my package as well as other people.

Just an overall horrible experience one of the worst USPS ever been to and I live in the Bronx the young lady who I spoke to very rude disrespectful and not helpful at all I truly believe there running a scam here this won’t be the last of it I will have this place investigated the postal service at this location got a real problem on there hands now 💪🏾🙅🏾♂️
