Ive needed the same prescription for about 8 years, and every month it is late and they switch the location for pick up, or give me some weird reason delivery was late. I don't understand how they could be so disorganized!

Service was great…most of the time (depends on who is at cashier that day). Note that I only bought over the counter. Didn’t deal with pharmacy department.

We just wanted to say thank you so much to the store manager who went above and beyond while helping us try to ship our package via fedex. Would highly recommend using them if you need help.

Decided to use the Walgreens because it’s closer out of the ones around that had the Moderna vaccine. I set up an appointment online in March of 2023. They women at the pharmacy didn’t seem to be useful or knowledgeable about who were coming in for appointments. Fine, my son got his first dosage. Boy was the second and third time trying to get dose #2 did the nightmare begin. I’m mortified at the level of unprofessionalism that was displayed. Arrived for the appointment and they don’t have the vaccine. They don’t know when they will get it back. My husband asked why didn’t anyone call to inform us of this and maybe 2 minutes later someone called my phone. The woman proceeded to laugh at the fact my husband was upset and left. Now after checking online and seeing they got some in stock I made another appointment. Today, April 14, 2023 my husband and son arrived. The woman behind the counter treated my son poorly to the point my husband stepped in. Then she proceeds to say he can’t receive this second dose due to insurance. He will have to come back in a week. Still no phone call. These are grown women dealing with a minor who can’t seem to treat everyone with respect. If you can help it, don’t come here.

My wife had been to High Mountain Health on Hamburg Turnpike. It was almost pointless & horrible from the beginning to the end. And THEN they sent the antibiotics to the wrong pharmacy. Wife was losing it. The Pharmacy staff at Walgreens acted with alacrity & got the right prescription. They brought it out to her in the car. Thank you for taking care of my WIFE.

My girl was on hold for over 20 minutes just trying to get her prescription. I will never do business with the fair tree location again. The chips are stale and they let cats lay on the egg cartons in the back!

Their web site states they deliver, so if you want a bag of candy they,ll deliver that but NOT a prescription !! If your sick and house bound, tough luck !!

Just to change Walgreens pharmacy to another Walgreens, they told me it would take an hour to do (which is ridiculous as I have done it in the past and took them 15 minutes tops) and its a well known medication that many people take. Also they are closed weekends, my opinion, too much of a hassle, this pharmacy could care less of your time and need of medications.

This Walgreens was never much to begin with but now that their pharmacy is closed on weekends there’s really no reason to ever use them. When I try to transfer the prescription I was told it was too much work. I should have used CVS.
