I have been taking my dog, meatball to Willowbrook animal clinic since he was about 9 months old and we have been so happy ever since (he is 3 now)! The care and compassion all the workers have for each pet is truly shown each appointment. I highly highly recommend anyone who has any type of pet to go here. I have already recommended so many people and they have had amazing outcomes. Most pets are scared of the vet but not Meatball! He is always so excited to see everyone and I trust that he is in the best hands!

The veterinarians (Dr. John, Dr. Joe and Dr. BW) are knowledgable and take time to explain when we have questions about my dog, Cody. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. I feel that Willowbrook Animal Clinic genuinely cares for Cody.

I love Willowbrook Animal Clinic! Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Dr. John took care of my older cat Pickle until she passed, and Dr. BW takes care of my current two Lili and Cindy. Any questions and concerns I have are addressed timely, and the staff takes the utmost care of my animals. The front desk, vet techs, and vets are all wonderful.

Dr. Joseph is the best vet I've visited. He made sure that both my pet and I were happy before, during, and well after the visit was over. Highly recommend this place! Some prices are higher than other vets, but they inform you of all costs upfront.

I'm incredibly grateful for the staff's kindness. My cat had an emergency, and they fit us in just 20 minutes before closing. Dr. John and his team were exceptionally friendly and compassionate. This was easily one of the best vet experiences I've ever had.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and kind. Dr. BW has recently been taking care of my dog for multiple issues. She spends a lot of time explaining things to me and always checks in on how we're doing. I'm confident that he's getting the best care possible.

Warning: They will perform unnecessary blood work, and it is your responsibility to pay without your consent. They checked for Lyme disease, thyroid issues, when she had cancer.These were completely unnecessary and once they charge the 1,000, they hold your dog overnight if you do not pay. Very rude front desk and they play on your heart strings. Do your research and get second opinions for your pet. I have spoken to other pet owners, and they experienced the same thing. I never leave poor reviews, but this is honest and true!

Absolutely a wonderful experience. I recently moved to the area and was nervous about picking a Vet. Dr John and his friendly, caring staff go out of their way to make sure you are educated and informed!

This place has no care of animals. They just want your money. I had a dog that Dr. John serviced since he was a puppy. I made an end of life appt to only be with Dr. John. Unfortunately , Dr. John had a last min emergency, very understandably, but the fact when I made the appointment a week before his staff didn’t call the day of to say, oh sorry, Dr. John won’t be here would you like to reschedule or come in? I come In, thinking I’m seeing Dr. John. And he isn’t there, the other vet and technician, proved to push tests, and probiotics on a dog who is suffering and I leave paying about $500 knowing I was there for a end of life discussion.

I finally feel like all my pets are in good hands with a vet office. I take my dogs and cats here and myself and my animals are treated with respect, care and the utmost professionalism. Even in emergency situations the entire office staff makes sure to comfort you, properly and accurately diagnose the situation and provide the best treatment possible.
