“Been here 3 times over the course of about 10 years. Every single time the work was great and satisfactory. Much cheaper than other body shops, sometimes by a factor of 3, but the quality of the work is the same.

I was rather surprised by the shop’s efficiency, given the quality and precision of their work! “Wow I’ve been sitting in silence for the last hour trying to wrap my head around my experience today at AutoZone in Fairview .I arrived a bit frantic because my car was working just fine the day before and today it wouldn’t even start!A little backstory:I had an Intoxalock device installed on my car 2 weeks before.I came in the store not knowing if I needed a Jump,a battery charger,a new battery or a whole new car lol.Walking into Auto zone can be a little intimidating for a woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars.To my surprise the first person I saw was a woman.Sabrina the manager of the store and Ravin helped acclimate my nerves initially by making friendly conversation.Sabrina reassured me not to get overwhelmed and that she was going to do whatever she could to help me.She doesn’t know how much that statement alone meant to me. I informed her about the Intoxalock device on my car and she didn’t even bat an eye.No judgment no questions no nothing.She took a second and came back with a portable battery jump and instead of trying to up sale, she gave me one that met my exact needs at a reasonable price.In addition to that she advised Ravin to help me with installation.Without hesitation he came out to test my battery,Jumped started my car anddd patiently showed me how to properly use the portable jumper Sabrina helped me pick out.He told me i would need a new battery soon but I could jump the car until I was ready in a week or so.He also told me to come on back when I was ready to purchase and he would install the battery for me.He was SO Nice.Wow, Ive NEVER been treated with so much kindness and empathy from total strangers.There are still people that will bend over backwards to make you know that you’re cared for.Im so humbled and grateful I came into this location! Thank you autozone for employing good people!”

“Needed a new car battery. Purchased online in their app on Friday night. I showed up Saturday afternoon- showed my email receipt and ID to the cashier and mentioned I would need someone to install it. She grabbed the battery from the back, asked her colleague if he was available and he brought out the battery and swapped out my dead one. Staff were friendly and the whole experience took about 25 minutes from arrival to leaving.”

“To all that said they had a bad experience, so sorry to hear it. But I bet you got what you were looking for. Not everyone has a good day and some people make it worse. And not all people like people. But as long as you got what you came for and no one really hurt you sweet little feelings I think you can handle these guys. They may be a wee bit ruff around the edges but know their stuff. If your not afraid of a little ball busting you will be fine. All I can say is that you will find everything you need and get the paint right away.”
