Alex worked with us across the miles from Georgia so we could buy the truck of our dreams to take camping for years to come. Alex made the entire process seamless and easy. We drove from Georgia to do business - showed up and everything was ready to go. My wife was talking the whole way home how we've purchased many vehicles over the years, but this was the most pleasant and easy experience we've had. I agree 100%. Update, 7/11/2022: I called the number below a minute after the response and got a male voice asking me if I wanted to buy a car. After explaining the situation, I was told that “Olga” was not in the office (strange, she just left a message) but he could redirect me to her VM, where I could leave my number and she would return my call today. I did the same and, of course, never received a call back.7/11/2022: Beyer Bros replaced an airbag on a recall in my Pontiac Vibe 2005. After less than 18 months, the new airbag became defective, and they refused to replace it as it was “out of warranty.” So, please only use Beyer Bros if you like having parts installed in your car that will fail in less than 18 months.

Terrible customer service. Went in looking for a fitting for an air tank and employee was being very nasty because we didn't know the correct size. His words were " I am not going to sit there and measure on a saturday".

I was very glad that the service manager and mechanic were able to identify and resolve the brake problem I had. It was scary to drive because of the brake issue for a few days.

I purchased a CPO Yukon from Alex at Beyer Brothers. His communication from the start was on point, he was extremely responsive to all of my questions and correspondence and made the entire buying process from start to finish so easy and stress free. I went to 4 other dealers before I found my way to Alex at Beyer Bros and I am so glad I did. After I took delivery of the truck, I discovered a minor issue that had nothing to do with sales, but Alex made it right and took care of it that day.
