Great experience with Yuli, Angela and the team. I needed a storage unit on the same day and they were very accommodating and helpful. Sign up took no time and the unit was neat, clean and ready for my move in.
If you’re looking for a storage unit - I would highly recommend them.

Should be Zero stars!! Do not use this place. It’s horrible. They raised the rent almost double in two years. An animal broke in and destroyed my items. Fighting with the bus depot for safe space was not made clear upon renting. Worst place and worst experience ever.

I had very good experience. The lady there helped tremendously, I realized that I had left the key to my lock , she immediately let me know it wasn’t a problem. She right away sawed away the lock and helped me with a new one . She also gave me a very nice room to store my stuff . Great experience. And she was very polite.

The location was not the greatest. My unit was located way in the back and you have to enter by the bus depot. I didn’t feel very safe going in there at any time of day. The unit also smelled of must and mildew which gets into all your belongings. The price went up significantly from when I started, and they added an insurance that I was unaware of. I was able to get another unit in a different location that was double the size for the same price and so much nicer and newer.

convenient location. our spacr was near closed windows and dirt would come through. there were some insects as well. try to get location in middle, not at windowalso remember they will not refund if cancel earlier, i paid but moved out two days later. thought would return prorated but no luck
