The #1 worst business I have dealt with in my entire life. Where to begin.
The amount of errors and lack of accountability is mind numbing and would take way too long to write. I don’t want to bore you with details. I’ll just give you the end result. I paid $1600 and the issue I came into the shop with isn’t even fixed. They would not give me my car until I paid for the services and they didn’t even fix the problem and refused to do so.
I came there with a broken bumper. The picture in the post is of my bumper AFTER I picked my car up on the SAME DAY. Why I came into the shop was the bracket on my bumper was broken and needed to be replaced. When I came to pick up the car, I noticed it was not fixed and just going to fall off again. I pointed it out and was told by the owner “it’s broken”. Uh, yeah. Which is why my car has been in your shop for a week and why I’m here. The owner then refused to complete the job or refund me, and refused to give me my car until I paid. It got to the point where I had to call the cops, pictured. He even tried to tell me I couldn’t pay credit card (they accept credit cards) and only cash because he knew if I did I could fight this fraud. Sounds like he’s been here before. I now have to fight the charges or sue.
AVOID THIS PLACE. I have no words for how poor of an experience this was. I guess in this situation all I can do is warn others. This is not a place that deserves business. They are not good people. Their business model revolves around committing insurance fraud. All they care about is money. Hopefully you see this and take your business elsewhere. I could tell by the reaction of some workers my situation is not uncommon. They are running a shady operation. I now am out $1600 and still have to get my bumper fixed.

I came in to fix my car and the service was elite and Raquel was very helpful! I would recommend anyone looking to have work done on their car to come here and ask for Raquel and I’m sure you won’t ever be disappointed !

Custom Auto Body is the best ever auto body. They not only do great jobs as professionals that they are, they treat every customer with utmost care, respect and empathy. They just make everything seamless; whether it is talking to the insurance company on one's behalf and getting the adjusters to come in a timely manner. Simply put, CUSTOM AUTOBODY IS ON YOUR SIDE!

After accident local police called him directly, They gave you list what part changes for your car.They changed couple items but they charged all items more than $4000 dollars.When you ask them where is the broken part? At the basement couple minutes later staff coming maybe Garbage truck take it.Said it would take a week. but it took a month to get him. I didn't like the service and I don't recommend it to anyone.❌❌❌❌????⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️

Got my hood vent installed as well as my wickerbill on my 2012 camaro ss convertible. I called many different places before i stumbled upon this shop. The pleasant young lady at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. Tony is a cool person, and took care of the work that i wanted done on my car no questions asked. I recommend this shop to all car enthusiasts out there looking to get some custom auto body work done. This place rocks!
