I wish the was a chance of 0 stars, the pharmacy department and specialty the pharmacist is the worst person I ever met in my life, so careless, and rude, me and my family we are going to take out all our medicine from there, don't go there , the give you the wrong dosage of medicine, and they not say anything about, and when you say something, with redness they say that is not my business. Don't trust them and leave that pharmacy asap, belive me they are other pharmacy, wich they know how to respect peaple, I still don't understand, why someone like this works in a large company like cvs, they need more professional peaple in that particular location and specially in the pharmacy department, just change a pharmacist if you want to have a better reputation.

this Fairview NJ location has a drive thurbut they ask you to come insidewhat is purpose of having a drive thur?? i thought to make it convenient for the customer .Inside line is longwait is longcompany need to get more helptry calling on hold for long time toobad service

Avoid this place unless it’s an emergency. The long list of negative reviews should be a stark indicator that this place needs to revamp staff or turn into an Amazon pickup hub ASAP.A nasty, obtuse “worker” would not and could not (repeatedly asked ‘where you was’) articulate why a person in store could not arrange an Rx delivery. Nevermind that she had on only a sweatshirt and no indication she was an employee other than standing behind the counter with a blank look on her face. The pharmacist was not helpful either as she bore witness and chose not to address it.This CVS has clearly given up on serving the community and instead cuts costs by hiring those who aren’t worthy of being a human doorstop instead. Support a local pharmacy or rely on Mark Cuban’s site.

"CVS, What's Going On? My Absurd Experience!" Guys, you've got to hear this. I booked a PCR test at CVS in North Bergen (Fairview), right? Paid upfront, took the time to get there, and guess what I found? They tell me they haven't done these tests for over a year! Why on earth was I able to book it then? I mean, seriously? CVS is this big pharmacy chain, supposed to be all professional and stuff, and they can't even update their website? This could've been super serious! All they say is 'sorry' - as if that fixes everything. And let's talk about my money. No clue when I'm getting it back. Plus, who's gonna pay for my wasted trip there? They're acting like it's no big deal. Has anyone else had this kind of ridiculous experience with CVS or other big places? We gotta share these stories and make some noise. These giant companies can't just mess up and think it's all good. Let's make them listen! #CVSFail #WaitingForMyMoneyBack

Rebecca Vogel worst head pharmacist didn’t want to transfer my prescription and said she couldn’t fill my prescription in 8 minutes it actually took less then 5 minutes. The worst she shouldn’t be dealing with people I asked for manager everyone ignored me. Cashier in pharmacist tonight very rude my prescription called in different pharmacy I asked if could transfer he was lazy and said quicker for me to drive to other pharmacy. When it took less the 5 minutes to transfer and fill only nice helpful employee was Mohammad he was the only nice and helpful . Cashier should be written up . If only they had a manager there. Definitely do not recommend unless they clean shop. They all should do more training. I managed medical office they employees definitely need to be taught

Very disappointed!! I came here for the second time for a covid vaccine shot and when i arrived they told me we are out of stock. This issue has been there for a few months and CVS or the store did not resolve it. Would have been nice if i was notified a head of time. But it looks like there is a gap between the automated system and the actual stock status in the stores

Extremely unhelpful. Arrived to pickup a prescription at which point they told me it was on hold, but they would take it off hold and have it ready in an hour. I waited an hour, and then they told me it was not in stock here or at any nearby locations. Go somewhere else.

I was there for a flu shot. The pharmacist said my insurance doesnt cover prescription and i will have to pay for a flu shot. Never heard of that. I called my insurance and confirmed that i dont have to. I went to another CVS. They said CVS dont accept my insurance. It is not the same. They need to know. CVS website lets you schedule an appt and asks you to fill out insurance info, and you will only find out if anything at the store. Call ahead if they accept your insurance. They told me to go to Walgreen.

I was here today and was encountered by a female Hispanic pharmacy tech with straight hair and thick black glasses. I believe her name is ?luz (but I could be wrong.) As an established patient here, I have observed her on numerous occasions being condescending, snarky, and abrupt. She is the primary reason why I am changing pharmacies. In a consumer-driven health care setting, patient satisfaction should be at the forefront. In addition to this, I have been inconvenienced on many occasions and was sent to other local cvs pharmacies because they “don’t have medication in stock” with no prior notification or apology from the staff. It would be nice to have a pharmacy tech reach out to me by phone to tell me that my prescription has been received but it’s not available at this time. I am very disappointed with my local cvs pharmacy. I chose this location because of the proximity but the pharmacy counter needs to be better. Fyi, Consumers beware: after the pharmacist directs you to another cvs pharmacy to pick up meds that they didn’t have, you continuously need to go to the pharmacy they forced you to go because they don’t reverse it back to your original location. as luz stated, “patients have to tell us to bring it back, so call,” which is Ridiculous because I am standing in front of her today telling her that I want it reversed back to the Fairview location and that I have always been coming here to pickup that specific medication. Please reconsider coming here as pharmacy staff are rude, incompetent, and generally unhelpful. If you must, please speak directly with pharmacist and not the techs at the counter

Pharmacy technician needs an attitude adjustment!!! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name but will note it next visit. I was incoherent in massive pain, just out of oral surgery (earlier this week). It was very obvious too as I had a brace around my face with an ice pack and had the worst experience there. I was waiting online patiently and when it was my turn, i was approached with a very nasty attitude . In a very rude tone, The tech said “miss we close in 15 mins” As I was in need of my antibiotic and pain killers post surgery, I asked if she can at least take my scripts, and responded by huffing and puffing with eye rolls followed by a rude comment. The rudest experience in the healthcare profession I have ever came across and it’s upsetting that cvs pharmacy would even allow that behavior. 15 minutes is plenty of time to enter a script and It not like she was preparing the meds, she was taking scripts. As a long time customer of the Bergen Blvd location in Fairview, I’mReally disgusted by her nasty behavior and will never take my business there again. I’m the last one to ever complain and understand we all have bad days but this was pathetic.
