I can’t believe I have this place a chance. I just moved into the area and had to get a fill in and a pedicure. The woman (owner) who did my nails was watching a show on her cell phone while working on my hands. She could a simple black French design. So I said it’s taking long and it looks horrible, paint it all black. Apperently she has difficulty doing that as well. These are by far my worst nails. And she charged me $95 for just a pedicure and fill ins. First and last time. Sad for local business.

4 days later.. I feel robbed and even more disgusted with this place and specifically the owner. Everyone that has seen my nails say they look wild/ugly. I’ve always had compliments on my nails (even when they are 3 weeks old). My cuticles look insane, she really made my fingers look like a horror. This is so upsetting. I feel like protesting out front. This women does not deserve to provide these services.

Rude, childish &’ honestly very ignorant. Came here for a full set. One of the lady’s who was doing my nails (she made sure not to wear a name tag) made my index finger nail crooked. I asked her to fix it. She proceeds to literally ARGUE with me about MY NAILS. Nails that i’ve gotten done before at MULTIPLE other shops. So i tell her “it’s ok, can you just finish up ?” I told my friend that i was with that i won’t be coming back. Can you believe she mocked me ? “i’m not coming back! nobody cares if you come back. shouldn’t have come here anyway.” in her broken english. then proceeded to speak angrily in her language. as her &’ the owner June June laughed.. As a black woman.. i’ll honestly just keep my money flowing through a black owned business… as someone who’s worked customer service for 5+ years, get it together. y’all are honestly garbage!Service: Nail painting

If I can give a 0 stars I’ll definitely do it. Today I had the worst experience with my nail manicure. I called yesterday asking for dip powder manicure and they said me that yes, they make it and today I went to my appt at 9:30 am.I can’t even describe all the worst steps the “nail technician” and owner of this place made it to me, Jun is her name.First, she didn’t remove my nail powder with aluminium foil and cotton, she jus add my nails to nail remover and began polishing. Later, she told me she just had it like 10 colors, I couldn’t even choose for the color I really wanted it but I gave a try to use a usual color that I use.When she was doing the dip powder in my nails, the color was not totally clear, it was some parts different colors and she told me that she will add on top to all the nails a gel base because I chose pink color and most of them were white/pink.When she was polishing part of the powder was coming off and I said to her that can’t be fixed just with a color on top, she began removing my nails just because I said to her I didn’t want but not because she was noticing the bad manicure she was doing to me. To clarify, the other coworkers notice this but they didn’t say anything ( I suppose because it’s the owner).And finally, she didn’t even clean my hands, my nails, everything was a mess and decide to charge me $30 dollars for waste 2 hours of my time.Please if you see this review I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE that they don’t even care for customer service and they just want to charge for mistakes they even made to people like me.

Owner not friendly . Gel did not last the two weeks it’s expected . The other employees are friendly. I told them your gel is not lasting so I had hoped she would try a third coat. After a few days I can see how thin it is and I just know it will chip soon!Service: Gel manicures

I wanted to stop going but then I asked for Brenda this time instead of the owner. So far my nails lasted longer so I'll return . Price is great! I'm sick of paying so much for my nails! They have gel at $25.
