Nice job. I’ve been to several Firestones in NJ and so far this one is the best. Everything was clockwork. Lots of cars enough mechanics. The wait time was true to expected. Fixed my car tires and made several good recommendations. I definitely recommend.

I brought my car after the battery went completely dead and Justin made sure to accommodate the replacement without previous appointment. Car was brought in and the team popped in the new battery in less than an hour. Very happy with today's service, looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

one star because the associate was nice and offered me a discount. I booked online on their website and got a confirmation, I show up and the guy says we don't have you in the system. In spite of me showing him the confirmation email, they walk away from the issue saying it's a software issue and not our fault. They ask me to leave my car and they would contact me when it's ready. It's a Sunday noon and they told me it should be ready by 4. I was told they close at 7. Around 5, I called multiple times and no one answers, apparently I found out they closed at 5. No one contacted me and I was left without a car of rest of the day. Horrible service and communication!

I went to this business to buy a battery. I did not want to buy a battery because the battery prices were expensive. When I got to my vehicle, my vehicle did not start. I asked this business for help to boost the battery. They said they could not help me and I told my friend to bring his vehicle. I had to jump-start my vehicle in front of this business. They are very selfish people because I did not buy a battery. they didn't help me

Came earlier today for some things that are needed to be done on my car , Literally the worst Firestone I ever been too , Manager Emilio was not nice to me as well as his teammate Julio who was also being disrespectful to me as well and thinking I’m stupid or something, I have checked in this location it is no fun to be around with , cheap parts from auto parts stores , costing me almost double or trippled the amount . Absolutely Ridiculous and disgraceful service to me and what an embarrassment to the Bridgestone company , selling your reputation is never a good idea , all the teammates have to get evaluated because to be honest I don’t think it is just those two putting up a fight against me , as well as the shop itself, I’ve seen that the shop is literally disgusting and it was not worth the trip to be over inside telling me what’s wrong with the car with proof , I TRIPPED ON A RANDOM WIRE PLUGGED TO THE WALL FROM A MACHINE BEING USED, I feel bad for whoever tries to tidy up the place, I get that the mechanics are supposed to get dirty but come on at least do something and tidy up a bit . listen I have bought tires from other locations, Ones from Montclair or Jersey City but the one in Fairview are plain disgusting to buy your tires from , Never again with this Store ever again , even a nearby mechanic said to not go to this specific location but it was to late for me to say no , I should’ve listen to him, FIRE EMILIO AND FIRE JULIO , VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO ME , STORE NEEDS TO GET EVALUATED, AND I KNOW THE HIGHER UPS ARE THERE LOOKING AT THIS , DO WHATEVER YOU NEED TO DO , JUST DONT LET THEM WORK FOR FIRESTONE EVER AGAIN

1. Here you matter because of your money, but for their employees, especially the man who serves you, we are just numbers, not people. I think he is not happy working for Firestone or they are not paid well because he does not treat you well and they want to take money from you and not give you money. practical solutions, it is a robot that follows orders. I imagine it's the same one other clients call Emilio. I'M NOT GOING BACK TO FIRESTONE BETTER GO TO SMALL MECHANICAL WORKSHOPS WHERE THEY TAKE CARE OF YOU AS A HUMAN BEING, THINKING ABOUT YOUR ECONOMY, SECURITY, TRUST. 2. I take my car to get an oil change but then they tell you that it has many other problems and ask you if you want to change parts or fix it, making you scared that if you don't change what they say, your life and car are at risk. Among those things they told me to change was the battery but then I came back after 2 months because I got an engine icon on the monitor and they told me I had to change the spark plugs and all the coils $1600 but I preferred to take it to a mechanic ( Tri State Auto Repair Center, recommended, the owners serve you in such a friendly way and smiling with good vibes and their mechanics educate you and you can personally see what they do to your car) (I don't know if you are big companies, their workers invent you or They create faults in your car to sell you more and get their commissions) because it turns out that in the workshop they told me that I only had to change the edges or terminals of the battery, which is why the electricity does not pass smoothly. I mean, the people who serve me at this Firestone location wanted to change other parts and charge me $1,600 when they themselves changed my batteries months ago, but they didn't also change something simpler that was causing the damage, like the battery terminals. What's more, the other mechanic told me that this battery that they put in me is of poor quality and that it is what causes the terminals and the rest to get dirty from the acid that comes out of this battery that they put in me at Firestone. I WILL NOT RETURN TO A FIRESTONE LOCATION AGAIN AND ALL BECAUSE OF THE MANAGER'S TREATMENT AND THE POOR ETHICS IN THE SALES AND MECHANICAL SERVICE PROCESS. I WILL TAKE CARE OF ADVISING EVERYONE I SEE IN MY LIFE NOT TO GO TO THIS LOCATION IN FIRESTONE.

Very but Service I stop Sunday to repair the tire, because of little nail is inside, but employee or owner I don’t now from the office he watch the tire and he start to tell me you need to buy the new tire just because of little nail, and I left the store and I go to Mavis company the guys saw the tire and nail, and the guys say we fix that nail problem the tire is in good condition.
Don’t go to Firestone in Fairview the guys or scammers don’t lose your time or money.
