Planet Fitness provides a welcoming and judgement free space with a wide range of new and improved equipment that works great and is arranged well. Many members are impressed with the recent updates and find it to be a good gym with nice staff. However, there are significant and consistent issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The bathrooms and showers are frequently described as gross, with floors always covered in water, old hair, and overflowing garbage that is not taken out daily. Basic supplies like hand towels often run out and are not refilled. There are also occasional problems with staff professionalism, including rude behavior and early closures. While the equipment is much better, the facility requires more diligent cleaning and organizing.
Staff is really nice, gym is clean and machines are new but parking is a nightmare. Not enough parking.

parking has been absolutely impossible lately. Anyone know what's going on? They blocked off one side of the lot and so everyone is cramped into a much smaller lot now.

The place is good with lots of machines, but really the staff made me feel really bad, A guy with glasses was really rude even insulting because I didn't understand him with something he asked me I would like to go to a place where I am not insulted and feel safe to solve my doubts
