“If I’m going to be honest normally I dread going somewhere to ship something. Usually there are long lines and incompetent service. This was not the case at Bushwick Post.I came here at approximately 11:30am on 8/16/23. The gentleman working the front desk was extremely knowledgeable about all of the services and helped me choose the right products that I needed. I was in and out of there in no time. Him and the other gentlemen working in the back were very friendly. The business owners should give them a raise!”

“Out of all of the UPS stores I've visited in my life (which is a lot), this one hands down provides the best customer experience. ALL of the employees are super helpful, informative, welcoming, and just nice in general. I've never gotten a bad vibe or felt like I was inconveniencing the workers (which is how I feel every time I go to USPS down the road...). I've been offered suggestions on proper packing to decrease shipping costs, I've received help with packaging including taping, and the store is always in stock with what I need. I especially love the large table in the center where I can lay out all of my orders to organize before shipping them out. You guys are great and I'll miss having this as my neighborhood UPS after I move!”

“People trust me on this one.nearly every fedx, ups, usps, that I have done business with has treated me well. They answer my questions. They showed me what forms to fill out and they give me courtesy.Case and point: I went to the post office next to the world trade center on Church Street in New York City. They stay open until 8 PM at night. I got there, about two minutes after eight and the young lady that was there was on the floor, not behind the window and I asked her a question after she said we are close, Miss and then she said May I help you and I told her what I needed. I was sending a package to Japan And I asked her what would the cost be and she said it will be cheaper than any other deliveries out there. She was right and as the man that was working that night cleaning the floors he nodded also that she was right. To send one book to Japan through FedEx or any other Deliver that book would’ve cost me $175 or $135 or less than $50 through the US post office service. They’re all going to same route and each one is different. I suggest that we should support the United States Postal Service, more than what we do. Now I love FedEx and USPS and all of those other people trust me I love them, but I like saving a little bit of money sometime. The other thing about U S Post Office is that they need more workers. The post office on Church Avenue in New York City is a Beautiful post office. Go in there sometime and see it.I love New York.”

“Been coming here for years - mostly for phone chargers and to print documents when I didn't have a printer years ago. Staff here has always been friendly, helpful and courteous with me. Their main business seems to be small electronics and protective equipment (phone/tablet cases, headphones, chargers, gaming controllers, etc), international shipping - mainly to Central and South America and funds wiring. The only knock is that it can get pretty packed their, you'll be tended to after you've waited on line for a little while and the person will direct you to the other end of the store too wait yet again, because they only handle wiring and shipping. I mean, it's a small space - you can't grab a charger from 12' away and ring me up for it? Other than that, the place provides good service.”

So when I was looking for it this morning, I panicked. Either way, I decided to go anyway.Upon arrival no one was at the desk, so I rang the bell on the counter. A nice lady walked up from the back. Once I explained my situation she told me to hand over my documents.While waiting for her to start the process, 2 people walked in. She was very attentive and great at multi tasking. After she reviewed my stuff and I paid, she explained how I could track my passport and what to do if I wanted to expedite the process.Overall the process was quick and would recommend this location for this!”
