“Victoria Orrego had me at “Hello!” I expected to receive lack luster and disinterested customer service as I have at previous locations and received the exact opposite. I was very determined to stick within my price range and not once did Victoria dissuade me or say, “No can do!” I came in close to closing but she gave me the same energy she would if it were early in the day. She really worked with her managers to give me what I wanted (and even threw in a lil’ razzle dazzle in the form of add-ons). Woody, the service department manager(?) deserves the biggest shout out. It was a very busy day compounded by significant roadwork surrounding the dealership, which I’m sure was adding to wait times. I was initially told a much shorter duration of time than I ended up being there. However, I could tell everyone was doing their best to move things along and all staff were frequently checking on waiting customers. Because of the prolonged wait time, Woody went out of his way to accommodate me in ways he did not have to and were most certainly not expected of him. They’ve earned any future business from me and I’m extremely grateful.”

“It was such a pleasure dealing with Mark. I brought in my 2017 Hyundai Elantra to him in Dec 2025 and we had settled down on a price, which was fair if you are selling a car to a dealership, definitely better than what Hyundai pre-owned centers would have ever offered me (I never even bothered to contact Hyundai). I asked Mark for a quote if I were to sell the car next month in Jan 2026 and he gave me a reduced price since it would have added another year on the car. Finally, I brought in the car again in Jan 2026 and to my sweet surprise, Mark honored his word and not once did he try to bargain. A true gentleman. He made everything as easy as it gets and the whole process took less than an hour. And as they advertise on the website, he even booked me an uber ride to my desired location. 10/10 would recommend working with him if you are trying to make the car selling process hassle free.”
