shipped a driveshaft from my vehicle while it’s still on the lift using their priority mail 3 day shipping on July 30th. Item has yet to be delivered and is currently now lost as it’s been more then 2 weeks for an update. Insurance can’t even reimburse as my driveshaft was worth $650, the insurance only covers $100. Even a missing mail search request it provided no updates or protections to finding my lost package. Now I’m down currently $1300 as I had to pay for my item twice.

This post office is the worst. They have no knowledge of what they're doing and the information they give to customers. They give out of date information and cannot resolve an issue when one arises. This location definitely needs to be closed down. The manager or whoever he is is worse than the regular employees in there. He gave me inaccurate information on shipping and my package was returned to me and he did a horrible job at resolving the issue. I will never go back to this location again. I will continue to go to Ridgefield post office instead. They are much more professional and knowledgeable about their job and customers. Be aware if you go to Fairview post office. 👎🏾

This morning I went in to submit my passport application. I scheduled an appointment a few days prior but for some reason, I never received a confirmation. So when I was looking for it this morning, I panicked. Either way, I decided to go anyway.Upon arrival no one was at the desk, so I rang the bell on the counter. A nice lady walked up from the back. Once I explained my situation she told me to hand over my documents.While waiting for her to start the process, 2 people walked in. She was very attentive and great at multi tasking. After she reviewed my stuff and I paid, she explained how I could track my passport and what to do if I wanted to expedite the process.Overall the process was quick and would recommend this location for this!
