This place is not a real Verizon store. It is known as a 3rd party. In other words an authorized re-seller who can make their Own prices and policies. It is way different from a corporate Verizon store. We got one man who told me he was giving me a charger and case for free " on the house" and I was who going to pay for taxes and the connections. I get billed 204.00 and I see that I was charged for the charger and case which I never asked for. I'm assuming he gets it for very cheap or even free so he scammed me on that and also added a Disney app which I never asked for and I am getting charged for for it. They are never supposed to charge for connecting the device. I also turned in my old iPhone and supposedly I am getting credit for 845.00 towards the iPhone 15 which is around the same price. So how is it that my bill comes out more than 200 for a single line ??? How ever I went to a verzion corporate dealer down in Edgewater, NJ and they explained to me everything I'm saying here. O yes and if you go to this place also avoid the heavy set bald man who is bald he was charging my friend for his phone connection also and made my friend literally do it himself because he says " he doesn't get paid to push buttons". The day I was there he was bragging how they make "mad money " yet his white sneakers were all worn out and crusty. Along with this pants with a hole in it.

Good customer service but shady overall. Got charged twice for multiple things on my first bill, set up fee being one of them. Bought a screen protector with insurance and when I went to order a new one which should be free after having insurance I was told it wasn’t free anymore because I never activated the warranty when I was never told to do so. Their proposed solution was for me to take time out of my schedule to head down to the store and pay another $70 for the insurance and then they’d help me activate it, something they not only never mentioned but also never offered to help when I was in store in the first place . Got an Apple Watch and was being over charged on my bill as well. And none of these many extra/double charges were brought up to my attention from anyone at the store. I only came to find out after myself once the bill was charged. With all that being said, my LTE is not consistently good which is quiet sad to be honest because when I switched to Verizon from T-Mobile I thought I’d finally be done with the unreliable LTE, but I guess I was wrong.

Roberto at the Verizon store was the best. Not only did he suggest the best products for us but he was amazing at setting up our phones and IPads. He also helped in transferring our information. With 3 phones in our family he patiently stayed past closing time to make sure the job was done right!

GREAT STORE, GREAT SERVICE!! I came into the store about 30 minutes before closing with my broken iphone thinking it'd be too late for an upgrade but I was wrong! When I arrived to the store I was greeted and helped by Ahmed, and I have to say he was awesome! Had all my questions answered and was in and out within an hour! It was by far the smoothest cellphone buying experience ive had and I'll definitely be back!
