Ridiculous wait time for a pick up order. 30 minutes fiddling my fingers while the associate attends to the one other person in the store to change their plan. Luckily store visits are a rare occurrence. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

My cell phone suddenly stopped working on sunday night. I attempted to order one through customer service to pick up at a store and could not. I spent almoat two hours on the phone with verizon on 6/5. I ended erased everything on my phone as per instructions on representative. But then she said she couldnt order my phone due to a block on my apple account. I was asked to visit store in edgewater NJ the next day to get help and get a new phone. I went to the store in Edgewater at 29 the promenade Edgewater NJ. Rep there couldnt help me. I spoke to one person first and as soon as i said mu current phone wasnt working ahe told me i need to contact the insurance company.i asked her to at least attempt to help and she didnt. Another rep came up and looked up my account and said only apple could remove that block. I was sent to apple store at Garden State Plaza in Paramus NJ. All that needed to be done was delete my phone. The rep at apple asked me to log into my icloud and deleted phone. He said i shouldnt have been sent to apple and that verizon should have been able to assist. Rep at apple also said there was no need to erase my phone. Once done at apple store i went to the verizon store located at Garden State mall Paramus. Rep didnt even attempt to help. I had to beg to allow me to use the phone to call Verizon. According to reps they are not able to call verizon.i was in the phone forMore than one hour attempting to order a phone for pick up in edgewater nj. Payment for some reason was not going through. I tried different credit cards and nothing worked. I was asked to goTo a store again and have order placed from there. I went back to the store at 29 promenade in Edgewater NJ and rep said since there was an order in process a new one couldnt be placed. I again called verizon to explain what was going on and the rep on the phone cancelled the pending order and asked me to have the store rep process upgrade. Store rep said she couldnt because the order was still on the account. Again i spend another two hours with verizon on the phone. The telephone reps were really trying to help and didn't understand why payment couldnt not be processed. I was on my way to ATT store to switch all my services over and i decided to stop at the verizon store in fairview NJ where i met Ahmed. As soon as i walked in he was kind and understand. He started by asking question about what i was trying to do the phone and the plan, how was it going and if i used everything included in my current plan. He didn't say i cant help you. Once we spoke about what phone i wanted and agreed that my current plan was the beat for Me he checked the availability of the phone i was looking for. I am confused on why the fairview store was able to help me but the other two store didn't even try. I felt discriminated by the representatives in edgewater NJ and Paramus NJ. I took a day off just to try to get a new phone. I started this process at 10 am and was not able yo get a new phone until i visited Ahmed at the Fairview location. This should not be happening to consumers. Thank you Ahmed for helping me!! your exceptional customer attention is why i am still a verizon client!

Roberto helped me with my iPhone 15 pro max purchase! He offers excellent customer service. He added all my accessories to the new iPhone! He transferred my data and helped me with my trade in offer. I highly recommend him!

Was using my phone night prior and the screen suddenly went black. Went into the Fairview location where I was greeted by Robert who was extremely nice and friendly as well as patient. Was able to do some type of reset which brought the phone back to life. He was also able to look into my account and give me information on it. Great service will be my go to Verizon location going forward!

One of the guys there was so rude , he wasn't helping or being respectful to us. He was giving us a bad attitude , I think his name was Ahmet . You have to be more professional when it comes to talk with the customers!!!
