“I worked with Sal at Fanwood Transmissions to figure out a noise my 2004 Honda Pilot was making that no other shop could seem to figure out; and the green D light was blinking on occasion. Sal definitely knows transmissions and was able to tell me what was causing the noise (exhaust system) and replace the part in the transmission causing the D light to blink instead of having to replace the whole transmission. Sal is fair in what he charges and honest. I highly recommend Fanwood Transmissions for all your transmission needs!”

They helped source a part that isn’t readily available and they were very open to work on a 30 year old classic vehicle. I recently had to get an oil change and had a check engine light. The team at Frank’s was very responsive and able to schedule my car for a same week visit. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and helped fix the issues quickly. They communicated wonderfully throughout the entire process from scheduling, providing estimates, and resolution. The car now runs smooth and great. I would recommend Frank’s for any vehicle servicing.
Update Dec 4th:
The team was able to fit my car into the schedule last minute before the holidays in order to prepare for a long drive. I’m grateful for the shop’s customer support and flexibility while fixing diagnosing and fixing the car’s O2 sensor so quickly. I’ll continue to take my car here as my car has never run so good as it has now since I started going to Frank’s. Thank you so much.”
