Alex and his team did a wonderful job on my car. They are very courteous kind and concerned about their clients and their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing car services!

Do yourself and your family a favor. “Don’t waist your time at this automotive repair shop”…. I was recently taken advantage of by Alex. Alex quoted me 3-4 different prices on a brake job. Once Alex had my car up on his lift with the tires off he quotes me 1 price. Within a 24 hour period he went up inflating his original price 3 additional times.
Alex and Gary have very nasty attitudes. I wrote down and took notes on all of his quotes. When I started to challenge Alex and ask questions as to why he was inflating the price, Alex became nasty. Alex yelled at me and said, “what you don’t trust me”? Alex couldn’t even remember his own previous price quotes as he continued to inflate his repair prices. It took this guy 2 days to complete a brake pad replacement. He lied to me 3-4 times saying that he ordered the brake pads from 3-4 different distributors and the UPS truck never showed up.
His business was so slow his 3 remaining mechanics were actually standing around talking. He had a total of approximately 3 cars in his garage including my own car. Alex told me this was a same day job repair and then turned around and stretched it into a 2 day job to increase his labor costs.
This guy Alex has ripped off so many people over the years Terrill Exxon is a ghost town. Alex has ripped off so many people over the years he recently had to sell his business to a new owner. His own mechanic told me that in person. His previous partner Gary is recently out of the business and the new owner has allowed Alex to stay as a Manager. The majority of his mechanics have quit over the years because of Alex and Gary’s nasty attitudes.
When I picked up my car the next day, I noticed a scratch on the bottom of my driver’s door. I asked Alex, “who scratched the bottom of my door”? Alex told me he had no idea. My car is a luxury vehicle in pristine condition. My paint exterior was nearly flawless before someone at Terrill Exxon scratched and damaged my door. I explained to Alex, that I know my car like the back of my hand. I explained that I hand wash my car myself and know every inch of my car. Alex told me that he didn’t care. He actually told me to my face “I don’t care about you or your car, pay me my money”… I will never go back to Terrill Exxon and deal with Alex every again when it comes to auto repairs for my car…. Do yourself and your family a favor. Don’t ever deal with Alex when it comes to auto repairs if you don’t expect to be taken advantage of and ripped off.

Gas up at this location. The man pumping my gas was rude and arrogant in his behavior.

Terrible customer service. The gas attendant was extremely rude. Went across the street to the Wawa and they were nice and respectful. From now on will be only going to the Wawa.

Gary called me claiming my part came in. I asked him if he was sure he had the right part and he assured me that he did. After driving all the way over there, he gets the part and tells me it won't fit. Instead of taking responsibility for his mistake, he made excuses. Unprofessional.

I just relocated to NJ, and I noticed fluid under my vehicle. I didn't know any mechanics in NJ, so I started reading reviews, and I came across Terrill Exxon. I want to say the shop was very thorough and professional in diagnosing my vehicle. The shop was very clean and organized. The owner explained everything in detail that needed to be done to my vehicle. I was really impressed with Terrill Exxon's quick diagnosis and professionalism. I'm so glad that I found an honest and professional shop to take my vehicle to. I don't write reviews often, but not knowing anyone here led me to write this review about Terrill Exxon. I will strongly recommend taking your vehicle here. Very professional, thorough, and detailed.
