This place is great when they are open. Hours on this listing say they’re open Sat 7AM-11AM. A sign on their door says they’re closed Saturdays. Not super helpful after you’ve driven to the location ?

No one picks up phone when called. Extremely limited hours. When you get there you are told to look at a sign with updated hours that do not reflect hours posted online.

Would be nice if they updated the times that they’re open.You look at google its one time, you call them its another time and you go there is a totally different time.Its the 2x I go there and its close but google said its open and I called and said its open.

There was no wait like there always is in Westfield. The receptionist was so happy and kind, and Malik took my blood and I didn’t feel a thing. And she was kind and asked if I was okay. Those two are a beautiful team!

Provide masks if you want patrons wear it!It is unreasonable to ask folks to go to CVS to buy a mask once they are there.This is your independent requirement as a business so it should be your responsibility to provide.

The woman at the front desk is extremely rude!!! She should not be at the front desk. It makes you never want to return there. She seems like she does not care about any concerns or cares to help you. Terrible.
